Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore

We had a fantastic stay at Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore. We were visiting to celebrate my partner's birthday and the experience made it even more memorable. The hotel is modern, clean and perfectly located for a getaway. They truly know how to treat their guests. The complimentary perks made such a big difference enjoying free ice cream throughout our stay to beat the scorching heat, plus a completely free mini bar in the room was an incredible touch. A special shout out to Ilham at front desk guest service. Ilham was so helpful and incredibly kind from the very start when we arrived, all the way until our check out. Having someone so welcoming and attentive made our celebration feel truly special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore and huge thanks to Ilham and the team for top tier hospitality

Stayed here for 2 nights back in May. Initially booked a Superior Queen but was upgraded to a Deluxe Queen room at check-in. Room was compact but nice and clean, with very refreshing colour schemes. Bed was very comfortable. The best part was that every thing provided at the minibar were complimentary, including snacks and drinks. The top-floor restaurant (payable) offered fantastic views of the pool and garden. Also, Sean at the reception was incredibly helpful and informative. Once I had trouble opening the pack of chips and called the reception for a pair of scissors, he immediately brought this to my room and cut the pack open for me. At check-out, he also offered me the comlimentary post-check out shower facilities, for which I eventually didn't make use of due to time constraints. Here I'd like to express my gratitude to him.

Valuable hotel with good location (walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut station and Orchard Road). The aesthetics of the hotel is neat and welcoming. Front desk were really helpful as they granted us early check in upon arrival. They have daily afternoon ice cream for guests. We stayed in the superior Queen Room with City view. Though the room wasn’t the biggest, it was sufficient for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and they have a mini bar which they will refill everyday. The bathroom was a bit small but appreciate that they use grohe for their shower set. They also provide a water filter for us to comfortably drink water. They have a swimming pool on their rooftop and a small gym for you to wind down amidst the heat. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for the welcoming service, the convenient location and the comfort!

I had a pleasant experience staying at Citadines Connect. Great location. Beautiful room with amenities needed. Filtered drinking water with a reusable plastic bottle provided. I love this concept of the sustainable environment. The aromatic scent around the hotel helped me refreshing after a long day. Free icecream treats provided during 3-6 pm. Everything was beyond expectation, especially the hotel staff. I asked them for many helps and they were willing to support me with everything I need without any hesitation. Really recommend this hotel for your trip. Worth the price paid.
