We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Singapore. The hotel was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring the city. The location was fantastic—close to Chinatown, within walking distance of amazing food, and just a short walk to the MRT, making it easy to get around Singapore. The entire team were fantastic! A very special thank you to Subra, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were exceptional. He always took the time to make us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. He is a real credit to the hotel and the perfect person for the job. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Capri by Fraser Singapore to anyone visiting Singapore. The only downside—and it had nothing to do with the staff—was the additional charge of S$125 per night for a rollaway bed for our 4-year-old. It felt quite expensive, especially when staying 10 nights. Aside from that, our experience was outstanding.

Superb experience at Capri. I love the swimming pool and it was highly recommended by the staff whom I encountered with, there are a total of 4 staffs whom I spoke to and interacted with during my stay. This is my 3rd time staying here as a solo traveler. Room is super spacious and the bathtub is perfect. Special thanks to all the front desk executives that try to upgrade my room whenever they can to provide me a better service. I'm sincerely touched by all the professional service I received during my stay here, be it the reception, check in procedures, luggage counter, kitchen staff, lounge staff, housekeeping. Would definitely come back again and again :)
I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser China Square! The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality of the staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Singapore. Highly recommended! One small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to place "Caution: Wet Floor" signs whenever the floors are being cleaned, especially at night. During my stay, the floor was extremely slippery, and I ended up stumbling because there was no warning sign. Thankfully, I wasn't injured, but adding proper signage would help prevent accidents and make the stay even safer for guests.
We had a fantastic stay at Capria by Fraser Hotel, Singapore, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely excellent, situated right beside Chinatown with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops all within easy walking distance. It’s also on a bus route, making it very convenient for getting around Singapore. The hotel facilities are excellent, particularly the rooftop swimming pool, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Although we didn’t dine at the hotel itself, there are so many fantastic cafés and eateries nearby that we were spoiled for choice. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with a particularly comfy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, an excellent location, great facilities, and superb service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
The location is excellent…right in Chinatown, making it incredibly easy to walk to the MRT and nearby hawker markets. The hotel is very clean, and we appreciated the handy in room perks like the filtered water tap and microwave. On the downside, wardrobe space is a bit tight, and the open concept bathroom layout lacks a main door, which leaves you with a bit less privacy if you're sharing the room. Overall, we were perfectly happy with our choice. It’s a comfortable, solid base for a few days in Singapore.
