One of the best hotels I've stayed at around the world. Staff were helpful, observant, and very well mannered. Rooms are stunning, food and drinks are delicious. Beautiful architecture and the landscape, and amazing walk to the beach. We appreciated the daily delights put in our rooms. Teeny improvements can be made on confirming customers' genders when writing greeting cards, making sure on customer's egg preferences, and culturists' local knowledge. Will definitely come back. 🙌

When you arrive the services team warmly invited you to a calm and serene atmosphere of genuine hospitality. In this heat and humidity, the welcome drink and towels are (literally) a cool reset. The rooms are well appointed with a subtle note to its heritage and the calm it brings washes your worries. The service for breakfast is impeccable and nothing short of amazing. The pool and fitness centre are well equipped even for the fitness enthusiasts. Amazing stay where you can be fast paced in a calm environment or calm in a quietly fast paced setting.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is on a par with the finest service-oriented chains (like Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton). Staff are very helpful, not intrusive, they make everything easy and let you enjoy however long you have. Both restaurants were great, with Fiamma also serving the buffet breakfast. Breakfast isn't quite up there with Ritz Carlton but decent quality and selection nonetheless. Had Sunday dim sum lunch, very good with some unique menu options. Bob's bar is also a great place for an evening cocktail and the pineapple room is good for later evening cocktails, pool table, and a more laid back evening vibe. The rooms are amazing (we had an ocean view on a high floor), faultless fixtures, fittings, and facilities in general. The only disappointments on this staycation weekend were when we ventured out to other hotels/ bars around Sentosa for meals and drinks. Next time will just stay within Capella! Also a much easier trip (simple cab journey) vs. Indonesia or JB options, with more timing flexibility and more of the weekend spent relaxing!

We did a 1 night staycation. The service was fantastic. We enjoyed early check in at 11:00 am and late 2:00 pm check out. The afternoon tea had a good spread of delectable food and the scones were especially good. Service at the swimming pool was also super. We were served fruit juice and mineral water without having to ask for them. The breakfast buffet was very good and although buffet, we could also order from the menu for table service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
