Ascott Orchard Singapore (Sg Clean)

I am staying here for almost two weeks, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing due to the noise. The rooms have very poor sound insulation. It genuinely feels as though the guests next door are inside my room I can hear furniture being moved, loud conversations, and constant noise throughout the day and night. Before these neighbors, there was another family with very noisy children, and now it has continued with a different set of guests. It has been impossible to get proper rest, which is unacceptable for a stay of this length. I expected a much more peaceful environment, especially from a hotel of this standard. Unless the soundproofing is improved or quieter rooms are allocated for long-stay guests, I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ascott. The staff were professional, approachable, and always willing to help whenever needed. Special thanks to the housekeeping team and Ms. Melina for their excellent service, kindness, and attention to guests. The atmosphere was comfortable, relaxing, and very well-maintained. Their hospitality truly made our stay much better and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay in Singapore.

Inside the suite, the air is sharp, cold, and devoid of the stench of humanity. The layout is a masterpiece of geometric violence. Every line is straight, every corner is sharp, and the bone-white surfaces reflect the clinical glow of the halogens with a lethal clarity. The soundproofing is so absolute it mimics the silence of a closed expansion; the city outside is a distant, pathetic memory. Here, you are not merely resting; you are regenerating. The bed is a throne of taut linens, and the marble bath is a basin for a ritual of purification.

An elegant, comfortable and conveniently located stay in the heart of the Lion City. My family and I stayed here during Christmas season. Ascott made a very good first impression. It was spot clean. Marbled floor and decorative art pieces added to the exquisite yet modern and homey vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. This condotel has suites that can accomodate large families. Rooms were spacious, beds super comfy, blackout curtains were such a treat for those lazy mornings. Our suite had a common living area, dining area and a very functional kitchen decked with a coffee maker, a decently sized fridge, plates and cuttlery. We often used this space to have take-out dinner when we were too tired to go out. The kids also enjoyed playing in the common area. Location, about a javelin's throw away from bustling Orchard road. It is tucked away along the less busy and more peaceful Cairnhill Road. A fast walker can make it to Orchard road in 5 minutes or less. The condototel is also connected to a skybridge that leads to Paragon Plaza Mall which is along Orchard Road. During times of rain or hot days, guests wont havd trouble reaching orchard road through this direct connection. Restaurants, bars, malls and convenient stores all in walking distance. There is a gym, swimming pools, and a pool side lounge area. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Ascott. I would recommend this condotel to travellers who want to stay near orchard, especially those who are travelling in bigger groups. This is also for the type of travellers who want a hotel feel but with basic living appliances and amenities.
