Andaz Singapore

My 2-night stay at this hotel was definitely a great experience. I was warmly welcomed with the kindest greetings and thoughtful amenities. Thank you for being a part of my first trip to Singapore and making it such a memorable and relaxing experience 😊

Stayed at Andaz for 8 nights. Very much enjoyed this hotel (having stayed at a number of other 5-star hotels in Singapore over many years). The room is spacious and everything functions well. Nice to have USB-C and USB-A outlets by each side of the bed. Nice views. Can get into DT MRT directly from the hotel. Plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. Enjoyed the rooftop bar - good value happy hour drinks, lovely views and very nice ambiance. The slight cons: A bit of musty smell in the bedroom (not so much in the hallways because there is atrium). This is quite common for singapore, but some hotels do a better job with ventilation; Something a bit odd with the hot water - once you have a shower, the water from the sink tap runs very hot, and you need to open only the cold tap and let it run a while for the water to cool down. Not major issues at all, just a bit odd. Staff - both at level 25 reception and at level 2 Lobby - were polite and attentive. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate staying here again for a good value beautiful hotel.

We stayed here twice, and both stays were excellent. We haven’t stayed at other hotels in Singapore, but honestly, we don’t really care to explore after staying here. The location is super convenient. Take the elevator down to B3 and you’ll have access to several MRT lines. Haji Lane is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which made it easy to explore and grab food or coffee. Service was consistently friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, modern, and well equipped. Breakfast was also a highlight — the laksa alone was worth waking up for. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a sauna or spa. That would’ve made the stay even better. One helpful note for future guests: if you prefer a pitch-black room for sleeping, bring an eye mask. There’s a green light on the smoke detector that shines directly toward the bed, and the clock has a bright white light (I ended up covering it with a towel).

Andaz Singapore exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional hospitality. The room design is modern, spacious, and offers one of the best skyline views in the city. I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows! The location in Bugis is perfect—central yet vibrant. Everything from the breakfast spread to the rooftop bar atmosphere was top-notch. Truly an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore.
