Great location. Helpful staff. Rooms are decent size & well furnished. B'fast choices are decent & are Ala-carte. Many restaurants around the Hotel & it has good vibe during evenings. Good connectivity with MRT & buses. To reach, use Metro exit D, instead of B & use the rear entrance. It has an elevator to street level, so luggage is easier.

Everything is special about Amoy—the location, the comfortable rooms, and especially the service. Shout out to the girls Nadyah and Sheirly who took great care of me while I was here. It’s so nice to have people around who care that you enjoy your stay. Singapore is awesome and since this is my third time here, I would highly recommend!

This review is a decade late! I had to make a last-minute trip to Singapore by myself for a visa run, and it happened to be my 50th birthday. My entire birthday party was waiting for me back in Thailand, so it was definitely not an ideal situation. The team at Amoy went above and beyond. They decorated my room, made me a cake, and made sure I did not feel alone on such an important day!!! 🥹❤️ I just celebrated another birthday, finally found their card, and knew I had to post this long-overdue review! The team at Amoy is truly the best I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve traveled the world!!! Thank you for turning what could have been a lonely birthday into such a special memory. ❤️🙏

I initially left a negative review due to the location of the room I was assigned. It was directly opposite a staff service/storage area, and the constant opening and closing of doors, staff activity, and corridor noise made it difficult to rest. As someone who was looking forward to a quiet weekend staycation, it was frustrating. I had booked this stay to escape from life’s stresses, but unfortunately they seemed to follow me here. However, what really impressed me was the hotel’s response. Within just a couple of hours of posting my feedback, Duty Manager Adham personally reached out to me to understand the situation and see how he could help. I was honestly surprised by how quickly and seriously the team took the feedback. The service recovery effort was excellent and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. While the noise was reduced afterwards, there were still some operational sounds the following morning, such as laundry bags being dragged along the floor and shelves being stocked or moved, which were still noticeable and enough to disrupt the quiet staycation escape I had hoped for. Despite that, I feel it’s only fair to update my review because the way the team handled the situation speaks volumes about their service culture. Issues can happen at any hotel, but not every hotel responds with the same level of care, professionalism, and urgency. Thank you to Adham and the team for taking guest feedback seriously. That level of service recovery left a much stronger impression on me than the initial issue itself. I genuinely look forward to returning for another staycation in the future, hopefully with a quieter room location next time.
