I booked directly with my awesome driver, Phearom, through a referral from a friend who recently hired him. Phearom greeted me with a printed sign that had my name on it, and I was given an ice cold towel and bottle of water upon arrival. It's about a 50-minite drive to the city center but the time passes quickly while conversing with Phearom.

Phearom is an amazing and knowledgeable guide. He has made the ride to our hotel a smooth one and is very patient.

Pheroam Keo was my driver and he was a true professional - texted me to confirm my flight details, upon arrival he took a photo of himself so I knew who to look for and told me exactly where to find him so it was a very smooth meet up. S.Seiha was waiting for me when I landed at the Siem Reap international airport. Prior to my flight he contacted me via WhatsApp and shared his photo and a photo of the sign with my name so I would know who to look for. He waited while I used the ATM and then at his car he gave me a bottle of cold water and a lovely cold scented washcloth that was very refreshing. Mr. S.Seiha taught me some Cambodian phrases and explained what was growing in the country-side. When we arrived in Siem Reap town, he took an alternate route to avoid traffic. Everything went very well. We found our driver easily by the sign with our name. He was there waiting for us. He took all our bags himself and helped us to the car. He was very friendly and nice and drove expertly. I felt safe with his driving. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name by the time I’m writing this review. Entire experience was great. Found Phearom easily in the airport. Very nice, helpful and friendly. Excellent driver. I felt very safe. Provided some information about the area but also allowed us to sit in silence and just relax. Gave us each a water bottle and cool cloth that had a nice mint smell to it.
