When you head outside from the terminal there is a lit of hustle and bustle and drivers trying to get your attention. It was great the have someone right there waiting to help me. The driver was very polite, offered a cold towel, and was very pleasant to talk to. It is pretty much a straight shot into the city and a good 40 minute drive so having a car waiting ia great idea.
Seng was phenomenal. Beautiful new van, careful driver. He greeted us with a clear sign. Highly recommend!!
Poor communications between dispatchers and drivers . Drivers were given the wrong time schedule twice. Made us wait an hour. Good thing those drivers were nice and the van was clean.
The same driver was assigned to transfer us from hotel to airport that drove us from airport to hotel. We were so delighted to see him. He is safe driver. Really professional with wet face and hand towels and cold water to drink He handled our luggage with care
The driver was safe The air was clean and comfortable He was knowledgeable when answering questions He was at the airport patiently waiting our arrival
Excellent service. The driver was waiting as promised - we would definitely use the same company again.
Great service, the driver was already waiting with my name outside baggage claim, which was easy to identify. Service was very reliable. I recommend to use this to transfer to the airport.
I booked this airport transfer not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find the driver with my name waiting at the arrival terminal and when getting into the transport was like being in business class with a very comfortable reclining chair, bottle of water, and a good English speaking driver. I ended up booking again for my return trip to the airport which was just as good.
Excellent service . Viti picked us up and great transfer to our hotel . No issues . Would definitely use this service again .
Very good service. They were in time for picking up and for the arrival at the airport. Very recomendable.
I have booked this services with my friend during my trip to Cambodia I was really excited when i first met driver with his charming and friendly face when he saw us at airport. More than excited us is he could speak Chinese which we could understand each other. I'd be back again and highly recommend Sarus service for my friends.

Transport was flawless even with a very delayed flight. Efficient service with a smile. Thanks for the lift!
Excellent service! Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Very accommodating to the changes we had to our itinerary. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, driver was very friendly and informative too!
What a good service ever! Driver waiting at the exit with big welcome sign with the name on it. The driver is really professional and friendly. The care is clean and nice. Would like to take it for another transfer.
The driver was pleasantly awaiting me with a big sign with my name clearly printed! The Lexus was very clean and the driving was safe. He also helped my find a very small ill-lit guest house which took and extra 5 minutes but he was very helpful talking with the locals on the street helping me to locate it. I will be using this service on my next return trip in a couple of months without hesitation.
