Siem Reap; Private Countryside, Sunset, Bike Tours & Picnic

I took a biking tour with this company and had a wonderful time. I was expecting it to be a group tour, but it actually ended up being just me. That could have easily turned into an awkward situation, but my guide, Mr. Sokpee, didn’t skip a beat and made the entire experience very enjoyable. The tour started with a stop at a local monastery, which was really interesting and a great introduction to the area. We then picked up our bikes and rode out into the countryside. Along the way, Mr. Sokpee shared lots of fascinating information about Cambodia, its culture, and daily life. We made a few stops to sample some delicious street food, which was a fun and authentic part of the experience. The tour ended with some tasty snacks, which was the perfect way to wrap things up. The company also made sure I stayed comfortable the whole time by providing plenty of cold water during the ride and a drink afterward. Overall, I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed exploring a different side of this wonderful city. I highly recommend this tour—and if you can, ask for Mr. Sokpee as your guide!

We had a wonderful time exploring the villages by bike. It was a fantastic way to experience the local culture up close and learn about everyday traditions. One of the highlights was tasting the delicious local sweets along the way. Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and authentic - highly recommended for anyone who wants to see the area from a different perspective!

We booked a tour with Pren Sok and had the best day ever out in the countryside! Sok speaks perfect English due to his many years in the tourism industry and is one of the nicest guys i have met on my travels. We toured the beautiful countryside and lotus fields by bike and sok even brought his cast fishing net (of which he is a master at) and plenty of beer to drink while he did his best to teach me how to use the cast net. We ended the day sat around a fire eating the fish he had just caught with a cold beer watching the sun set. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour and would highly recommend to anyone going to siem reap to get in touch with Sok.

Great time with Sayoeun! You know you’re going to wake up at 4am to visit Angkor Wat so.. free afternoon! Perfect to go riding a bike visiting local pagoda, rise/lotus flower fields and market, stopping by local producers to experience Cambodian street food :) Sayoeun is very nice, plenty of explanation about Cambodian culture and history, great time together. We had great time in Siem Reap with Sayoeun! The city is well know for visiting Angkor temples but it's 100% worth enjoying an afternoon trip by bike in the surrounding area, getting in touch with local pagoda/ street food/market. Sayoeun is very nice and welcoming, he gave plenty of explanations and always smiling - which makes the experience even better. Riding the bike next to the river or in the middle of rice/lotus flower fields is a MUST DO. Thanks again

Amazing day on a fishing countryside tour. Felt a real sense of Khmer culture, learned about local fishing techniques and culture. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere with a great guide Prin Sok. Highly recommended to everyone!

Sokpee not only is very knowledgeable on the subject, his camera skills are above average. He was very clear with his communications and always on time (early). Even to make a sunrise viewing.

The sunrise experience... I have no words. Great tour by Sam, excellent english level, very detailed story telling on every stop. You cant miss Angkor Wat!

Recently went fishing with Prin Sok and it was so amazing!!! It felt like a real local experience and Prin made me feel so comfortable. The landscape was beautiful and the vibes were amazing. I definitely recommend. 10/10

My friend and I booked this tour. Sam was our guide consisting of countryside with cycling seeing lotus farm, monk blessing highlighting of local lifestyles tasted many different street food. The end of tour we had delicious Khmer food as snack and drink with visit beautiful sunset view! We this amazing tours.

Sayoeun was great! I spent 3 days with him. We went to Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, Ta Phrom Temple the first day, 6 temples the second day, and the 3rd day sunrise at Angkor Wat, Beng Mele Temple, and Tonle Sap. All beautiful! He is very knowledgeable and informative.

I had a lot of fun on this tour. It was really relaxing biking around and during the stops sampling various foods was really nice. Our guide Sayoeun was really pleasant and very informed about the area answered all of our questions. The other people in the group were also very friendly and being a solo traveller thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them all, and sitting and chatting with all while enjoying the sunset was very memorable. All in all a great day

I had a beautiful day local tour experience. We were family people had booked a half day cycling at the local with Sayoeun, he so much great guided us every piece of real life activities and amazing local food, we were stopped at the the local street shop and tasted khmer dessert, we learnt alot of the tour, he is the best and wealth of very good English. This was a fantastic tour of the temples and sites around Siem Reap. We covered so much ground and Sayoeun has a wealth of knowledge on his country and the amazing sights that awaited us. He’s charming, friendly and speaks very good English. As tourists we can definitely say that having a him as a guide was worth every cent and it would be a waste of time to attempt to see it all without him. Highly recommended!

Sam was picked us from hotel by tuk tuk to the village and started ride the local bike around, It is amazing experiences and hearing about local culture, lifestyle, Sam was friendly and recommended us to tasted any street food, dessert that we never try it out, Way back to bar hall watch beautiful sunset and relax with wonder beer. Me and family had the most beautiful evening around countryside with Guide Sayouen, We travel through countryside with ride local bike and so much interested with local lifestyle, business, Sayouen let us tasted many different street food and desserts. The most memorable to the end of trip on the way back for picnic got incredible sunset view from rice field!

It was a very good decision to go on Angkor Wat tour with Sayoeun. He did a perfect job and showed us within one day the most important temples. He also knows very nice photo spots to catch the best memories and told us a lot about history and about the details of the temples which we would not have seen without him.

This tour is awesome! We did with group 6 person. Our guide Sam brought us around the countryside and shared a lot of the knowledge about the lives of Cambodian people in the countryside. Apart from that, great riding and biking by local bike with many street foods tasting experience and was very smooth. (Recommend this tour 10/10)

Our guide Sam greeted us at hotel. He very helpful along the way to the spot he told us a lots,,, We had choice with our bike for make cycling around village, Sam leading us to see daylight of local, farming, selling, We stop many place for taste local food and dessert, What my first experience with eat insects bit scare but wonderful, The most I like is beef soup really yummy with nice cold beer,,, Sunset so beautiful from bar hall and rice field. High recommend this tour.

Great experience with Sam! We visited a monastery and cycled for over 3 hours. The guide is adorable, he welcomes us directly to his home and is keen to discover the surroundings and the daily life of Cambodians. On the program, visit the rice fields and lotus fields stopping regularly to taste the local specialties. We end up at sunset and sam offers us a drink and a little snack. I found the price particularly low compared to the quality of our excursion. As a bonus: no need to be athletic, we go at our own pace!

Perfect, thanks to Sam we learned more about the temples of Angkor and Cambodian culture. We highly recommend you to visit with him. Besides, he gives you time to enjoy the temples after the explanations and the little extra if you want nice photos he knows good spots and he is a very good photographer! The main thing about the bus is that you don’t suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning, unlimited water and fresh towels!
