Transport from airport to Siem Reap town and back. Everything went smooth, cars were comfortable and clean.

Well worth the money!!! Mr. Sambin confirmed our hotel location on WhatsApp prior to even booking anything online and came with an extra driver to help with our suitcases. We even talked about how many suitcases we had so that our car would be appropriate. He was very accessible on WhatsApp and extremely friendly with even offering to coordinate other tours for us while in Siem Reap. Cannot recommend this service more, very good value for cost!

We booked an airport pick up the night before our arrival on Day 3 of Khymer New Year. Booking online was straightforward and the price was very reasonable, which was an important factor in booking, especially at NY. The driver was waiting and found easily; he drove with enormous care and the vehicle was extremely comfortable. We were completely happy with our transfer so we booked an airport drop off through the same company, especially as it was cheaper than the transfer offered by the hotel. I recommend without hesitation and would use again.

I booked an airport pickup service with Mr. Sambin via a third party app and then booked directly with him on my return from hotel to airport. I was a bit worried after the third party app booking because the app defaulted to a 6:30am arrival, but Mr. Sambin was responsive over WhatsApp and I was able to give him the correct flight information. Even though my flight was delayed and it took a while to get through immigration/baggage claim, he was still ready and waiting when I came out. He let me know I could book directly with him on the return — and I sent a message on WhatsApp to book once I had my flight confirmed. He was right on time! He also gave me some local information during the 50 minute drive from airport to the city — like how the city has changed and how tourism has changed since COVID. It was a pleasant ride and will rebook the next time I come to Siem Reap!
