We arrived to airport, Beng was our driver to SiemReap. He was very profesional and friendly, in addition he provide us extra information about Siem Reap. The Van was very luxury and confortable. Very good opción to transfers or city tours.

Siem Reap downtown is about one hour from the airport. There was nowhere to write in the time of arrival so I assumed they heads someone on call and when I arrived, J had a ride in about 10 minutes. Plush van that could fit 6 easily. The local service is significantly less expensive ($8USD) and very accessible but our driver was excellent and it was comfortable so we booked both ways.

The driver was already outside waiting for me and patiently waited for me to get my SIM card sorted before we headed to the vehicle where I was transported to the hotel.
The design of the tour was really nice. I mostly liked that the whole tour was one way, so we didn't lose time and energy on comming back. Our tour guide was really willing and passionate. Only thing I would change was stoping to many times for the information. I would try to give them in bigger chunks and then let people walk more freely.

Our Guide Touch pick us up on time from our hotel, he is very kind, funny and talkative! Although it was cloudy that morning and we weren't able to see the Sunrise, Touch told us so many history and stories about Angkor and took many nice pictures for us too. And since we have a 3 years old boy and a 6 months baby with us, he is very patient waiting for us when we in need. I'm 100% sure his guiding is the highlights of our trip and worth every penny. I really enjoyed it. Angkor wat was nice but personally I liked Ta Promh more. Our guide Mr.Touch was very friendly and patient with us. Also he is a dedicated photographer. The breakfast was a little expensive. It could be quite cheaper if you carry food with you

We have taken many tours all around the world. Our tour guide Kim was the most knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful tour guide we have come across. His time management was excellent, keeping things moving at a steady pace with all of the interesting information conveyed in a clear and concise manner. His English is great, so no worries there. He knew the best photo spots and helped us to take them patiently. He was responsive and sensitive to which type of tour we were after and managed things perfectly. He has a teaching degree (among others!) from university and the way he expressed the history and story of the temples showed that. All in all a wonderful tour. If you are coming to Siem Reap, Mr. Chhayakim is the first guy you should contact without a doubt!
I and my husband had a really great time visiting the Angkor Wat in Feb. It was painful to wake up at such early time but it’s all worth it. Our tour guide Kim is a “walking history dictionary/Wikipedia” - very knowledgable. We could totally feel his passion in Cambodia and glad to understand more about the culture and living of local people. Highly recommend everyone to join this tour and have Kim to be your tour guide especially if you are interested to know more about the history of Cambodia and of course the magnificent Angkor Wat!
