It was a great experience! Our family had so much fun. Our tour guide, Sorphron ensures we enjoyed our whole tour. He shared a lot of historical stories and Cambodia culture. Our driver, Jeat made sure that we are well hydrated and safe from one place to another. Strongly recommend this tour and of given a chance, we'll definitely go back to Cambodia and do this tour again.

My husband and I booked the Angkor Wat sunrise tour with Sam. Sam was full of history and keen to share his knowledge with us. Sam was polite and professional as he led us to the Angkor Wat at sunrise, he took his time not to rush us, and shared each story as we visited Angkor Wat. Arriving back at the car, always gave us a bottle of water and cold flannels. We then moved on to Angkor Prom, then Ta Prohm followed by Banteay Srei … as we drove to each of the temples, Sam not only shared his knowledge on the temples however the history of Cambodia and pointed areas out along the way so we could understand the way of living in villages. Sam was an absolute delight, really took each temple at our pass, and there was no rushing so we felt we could enjoy each of the temple and history properly. A great tour and would suggest booking Sam if you have the option.

John was a great guide and shared a lot of history about the various temples and the history of Cambodia. He pointed out different areas to go for the best view of sunrise. Would recommend to go!

We had 2 days organised with Sam as our guide and Tha as our driver. Sam suggested an itinerary based off some things we wanted to see. Sam and Tha were both friendly and professional. We booked through Sam at Siem Reap Tour Guide directly. We booked a 3 day package of grand circuit and small circuit of angkor complex of temples and the last day of kulen mountain with waterfall and 1000 shiva lingas. We didn't know of the kulen mountain before travelling to siem reap. It was suggested by our guide and glad that we decided to go. We were assisted by Mr. Sok as a guide and Mr. Tha Tha as driver. The service was top-notch with pickup in a large comfortable van, fresh hand towels and water after every stop served by Mr. Tha Tha. Mr. Sok took us for sunrise at Angkor Wat also and it was a memorable experience. We are a couple from India and Mr. Sok was very helpful in answering our questions and communicated well in English. This was a great adventure in Siem Reap! I really enjoyed seeing all the temples with John. I reccomend him to anyone--his English is very good and clear, he has excellent communication on Whatsapp, and is very thoughtful and kind throughout the entire journey. He can also answer any specific question you have about the temples, artwork, Siem Reap, or Cambodia in general. John knows a lot about countries around the world too, and if you are from Mexico, USA, France, or anywhere around the world, he is extremely welcoming, knows about your country, and wants you to have a great experience. He is an awesome guide. He takes great pictures too and the ones on the review were mostly taken or suggested by him. (Note: I had so much fun I booked it again and did different temples, so some of the pictures here are beyond the three listed in the tour name.) Preparation: Getting up at 4am is a bit of a challenge, but it is a super beautiful opportunity especially if you are interested into photography. You will not be able to enter the main part of the temple until I believe about 6am, so be ready to sit and enjoy the sunrise. I would reccomend to bring bug spray, hat, sunscreen, snacks, and electrolyte mix for water if possible because Cambodia is HOT. You can also buy your temple pass in advance, and I recommend getting the one week or three day one because once you see a temple, you will want to see more. There are a lot of them too--Angkor Watt is only the beginning. I do think you miss out if you don't go to at least some of the others outside the major three on this tour. Once you book, you can send them a message and ask for more or an additional day if you want. You also need to dress modestly for temples, which is a great opportunity to buy some elephant pants and a Cambodia t-shirt! I would reccomend to also wear comfortable shoes and not book anything in the afternoon (from about 12-4pm) aside from this tour to give your time to rest from the heat. I booked this tour and then the Aspara Dinner Show in the evening, which was EXCELLENT. The lunch spot for the tour is very good too and inexpensive. Tour: I really enjoyed going to Angkor Watt at sunrise and the other temples. Mr. John was wonderful and I loved seeing the artwork, craftsmanship and beautiful architecture of all of the temples. I also liked that Mr.John explained all about the Tomb Raider film that has scenes from here. It was exactly what I was hoping to see and do when I booked my trip to Cambodia.

From the very beginning, he picked us up at the airport and took care of everything. Sunrise at equinox is crowded,... very crowded. So if you are looking for the perfect shot, it will be a challenge with all of the people in your shot. That being said, it was a beautiful experience. Getting to see several temples on this tour was also amazing. Our guide Lakh was a former monk and his friendliness and patience stood out. He gave us great info about everything we were seeing, and he was sure to point out things we may have missed. As a bonus, he also took us to see how rural palm sugar is made. When the day was over, one of our party left their phone in the van. The driver immediately coordinated to bring it back to us. Great service. Great experience. Great tour.

I totally had a great time during my tour in Angkor Wat with my wonderful tour guide Sam. He was great all day, very friendly and easygoing, and he shared a lot of fun facts and stories instead of just repeating basic information. That made the temples much more interesting and less mechanical. He also knew the best spots in Angkor Wat and the other temples, so it felt like I was always in the right place at the right time seeing the best views!. I especially liked that he pointed out good photo spots and little details I probably would have missed on my own haha He also was super nice asking me if I wanted to spend more or less time in any particular places or if we wanted to go to a different temple and taking photos with his personal camera. We did the Angkor Wat sunrise tour plus Bayon, Ta Prohm, and Banteay Srei, and it was hands down one of the best days of our trip. Our guide, Arun, was fantastic. The pace was relaxed and easy going, but still packed with substance. He shared so much knowledge in a way that felt natural, with fun, easy conversations throughout the day. He also knew all the best photo spots and angles, and he even took the photo for my proposal to my girlfriend inside Angkor Wat, which made the moment even more special. That alone made the day unforgettable. Our driver, Tha, was equally great. After long walks in the heat, it was such a relief to come back to a cool, comfortable car. He always had cold water ready, and every single time we returned, he greeted us with fresh cold towels. That level of care made a huge difference and kept the whole day feeling smooth and comfortable. Everything about this tour felt thoughtful, calm, and genuinely magical. If you are considering an Angkor sunrise and temple day, I cannot recommend Arun and Tha enough.

Our driver,Thason, made an incredible difference on our trip. He was in constant contact with our guide and was always ready at our exit points with a big smile. Our family group, 9 people from ages 7 to 80 had an incredible day with Sorphorn at the temples of Angkor. The level of history was just right for us. Our guide found us a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise, and all day took the most beautiful and creative photos for us! It is not small feat to organise o people quickly for the perfect shot but Sorphoan did it every time. The transport was air conditioned and comfortable with a good driver, Mr Sal, and we were offered cold water and wet towelettes each time we returned to the van. It was a very hot day but our guide managed to maintain energy even while some of our group were fading! The restaurant he took us was cool, well priced and exceptionally tasty. I recommend this tour for a group of any size wanting to have a day seeing the famous Angkor temples in comfort, and who want amazing photos to remember it from!

We were picked up at 5am. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 7 to 80. Considering how hot it was and how the day was, I don't reckon it could have gone better. Our tour guide Sorphoan was congenial and made a solid attempt to engage the younger members of our group. His photo taking ability is legend! Defos don't bother with your own photos. His will be better. 🤣Also, a mention about our driver Sal, he drove carefully and got us to where we needed to just fine. Coming from London, it was lovely being driven around by someone so levelheaded.

In January, we made a four-day trip to Siem Reap from Thailand. We really wanted to see Angkor Wat. Sam and his driver colleague were extremely helpful. From planning and recommending what we could do, picking us up at the airport, guiding us and explaining the temples, figures till cultural significance and, especially, historical and religious context. We hired Siem Reap Gide for a 4 day guided trip of Angkor Park and outlier Khmer sites. Our guide Sam has as outstanding. We have had a wonderful full-day trip with Mr Sorphorn. He picked us up from the hotel at 5.00 hrs in order to bring us in due time for a very good sunrise spot near Angkor Wat. We had a wonderful time with him exploring one of the world’s wonders…. Apart from must-see temples we visited some less popular and crowded, but also amazing. After that we brought us to a nearby restaurant where we had a very decent lunch / very good value for price. After that we took a teip to see floating village. Everything went according to the plan, the tour guide and our driver were extremely polite and I do recommend them! PS. Mr Sorphon seems to be a very talented photographer too - he will show you amazing spots to take breath-taking shots and he really knows how to use your iPhone camera to capture the moments you would like to bring back home…
