Considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of Angkorian art, Banteay Srei is cut from stone of a pinkish hue and includes some of the finest stone carving anywhere on earth. Begun in 967 CE, it is one of the smallest sites at Angkor, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in stature.
Ra was our tuk tuk driver for the day and he did a wonderful job! He brought us to Angkor Wat for sunrise and set us up at a great spot that we could see over everyone else and then he brought us to spots around the temple and took pictures for us. It was very hot that day and after each temple Ra had cold towels and water waiting for us. It was a great experience for us!
We had the most amazing guide ever. He was so thoughtful bring extra water bottles and cool face clothes for each temple we visited. He took dozens of photos for us, on his own phone as mine was playing up. Then sent them all over WhatsApp. He was very knowledgeable on the history of each temple and escorted us around the main site so we got the best pictures. He then, at the smaller temples, (we went to 3 different sites) left us to explore for ourselves. Would highly recommend using our guide.
The entire tour was amazing! I did the sunrise small temple tour with him. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. We started the tour with a hotel pick-up and the sunrise view of Angkor Wat. He knows the best spots for amazing views and excellent photography opportunities. He offered to click pictures since I was solo(no additional charge) and knew just the right angles and photo spots. He explained the history of all the temples we visited along with sharing the local culture and customs. He planned the tour in such a way that the temples were less crowded when I visited them. The length of the tour depends on you and how much time you wish to take at each temple. He was patient throughout and gives you ample time to explore. Cold towels and water was provided throughout the tour. All in all an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
Geko was amazing. We had him for 2 days, the first day we went to Angkor Wat and the closer temples and the second day we did the floating village and further temples. He was great at suggesting the best photo spots and after each stop provided us with much welcomed cold water and flannels. We would definitely recommend.

Geko was amazing. Today was incredible with incredible heat. He provided cold water and cold fannels. This was a god sent as the heat was incredible. Geko explained all about the temples and his English is very good. The journey on his Tok Tok was great and he even stopped at the supermarket for us as we ended the day early due to heat. Geko's service was great. Prompt pick-up, less crowded routes, good photo spots, & decent knowledge of related history & culture. His English is good. His vehicle was a remorque, not a tuk-tuk, so much more spatious and comfortable. It had an ice box with water & cold towels - much needed. I‘ve been 3 days with him, 2 in Angkor, 1 at the Tonle Sap lake (and also with 2 temples :-) He is a very kind guide and a good and secure driver. I did the sunrise tour with Geko and I can't recommend it enough! Geko made sure we got there at the perfect time to catch the sunrise over Angkor Wat and it was more awesome than you can imagine - no pictures will ever do it justice. Because we started so early, we avoided the crowds and I basically had the rest of the temples to myself to explore the rest of the morning. Geko was knowledgeable, accommodating and had cool towels and water on hand at each stop which was so helpful to keep me refreshed and ready for the next stop. I plan to return to Siem Reap and when I do, I will definitely give Geko a call!

Geko was an outstanding tuk tuk driver for my Angkor Wat sunrise tour. He was incredibly punctual, friendly, and respectful, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. When my phone battery died, he even helped take beautiful photos! He also took me to the best temples, including the stunning Banteay Srei (“Pink Temple”), and patiently waited at markets while I explored—we even enjoyed refreshing coconut water in the intense heat together. Highly recommend Geko without hesitation!

Great experience with Geko. He was very flexible with timings and pick up location. The fee was inline with expectation. He was able to provide us with space to do our own thing and helpful tips about the various temples he took us to. We started very early (5am) and finished around lunchtime, including getting breakfast, we were happy with the length of the tour. Geko is very friendly and great at communicating.
We initially found Geko through Booking.com, but we ended up doing every tour with him during our stay. He was friendly, welcoming, and punctual. He provided cold water and towels. He also always quoted a reasonable and fair price for the tours (some drivers here overcharge, but Geko wasn't like that). He's very reliable and I would recommend him to all my friends who are planning to go with us.

Gecko was terrific tuk tuk driver and only elevated my Angkor Wat experience! I found him to be a very careful and respectful driver who knew the best and uncrowded spots to wait for the sunrise and had the timing down. Not to mention he took many photos of me without asking (I generally don't like or need photos of myself but he made it lighthearted and fun) He was punctual and personable and made sure to have cold water and towels so I didn't overheat. I hired him again the next day to explore more temples he recommended and will definitely recommend him to anyone that visits the area.

The sunrise of angkor wat sunrise is a really outstanding sight to see. I was recommended a fantastic tour guide by my tut tut driver kimson(not spelt correctly) Gecko and his team are amazing local people who want to help the poor locals they will look after you and make sure you experience real Cambodia, I ended up using my tut tut driver everyday for trips around temples/town/fishing villages. I highly recommend them.
Gecko was a very friendly and informative tour guide. He knows where to take you to get great photos and will take your photos for you. As a solo female seeing the sunrise, I wasn't sure what to expect but he exceeded all my expectations and has much patience to wait for me as I took as many photos of each temple that I needed. So yes I highly recommend Mr. Gecko!
Geko is a genuinely lovely guy, he has spent the day patiently waiting for us while we walked around various Wats, offering us a cold bottle of much needed water and a lemon scented cold cloth to wipe off the sweat and dust. He is unfailingly chirpy even at 4.45am when he picked us up for sunrise at Angkor Wat. He's also a dab hand at finding the best place to take a photo and in fact took a few for us. His English is brilliant. We have felt really well looked after and we get to spend another day with him tomorrow. If you are still considering how you want to see Angkor Wat and don't feel confident on a bike, this is absolutely the perfect way.
Gecko gave me an amazing tour by tuktuk around the arqueological zone and he provided fresh water all the time!!! He knows all the hacks in order to enjoy the temples with all the possible comfort (best hours, best places to watch the sunrise/sunset). he is a great photographer and he shares a lot of fun facts about his culture/country... I send this recommendation with gratitude for his amazing job. Very highly recommended!!!
