Angkor Wat Experience Temple Pass And Siem Reap Food Tour

We did the full-day Angerwat and food tour with Dino, who is an incredible guide. Lost Plate is so lucky to have him. He's super knowledgeable, very funny, and was so kind with our young son. We've done Lost Plate tours in a ton of other cities all across China and in Bangkok, and the quality of the tours is always so fantastic. This one was particularly interesting because we got to use a tour company we trusted for our sightseeing all day, have a small break back at the hotel, and then enjoy the Seameerup food tour. We found that the whole tour was very well paced. During the food tour, the stop at a village home for a home-cooked meal with Vet was super special and unlike anything we had experienced on a food tour. Such a lovely touch— very, very impressive. Spent the most incredible day with our guide, Dino, and our driver, Chai. Dino is one of the very best: so knowledgeable, friendly and fun, with a brilliant sense of humor. All round, just such a great guy to spend the day with. The tour is really well balanced and informative, with some great experiences and highlights. The evening food tour was incredible, especially getting to visit and share a meal with a local Cambodian family. An A+ day and tour. Lost Plate is fantastic and has never led us wrong!

My husband and I did the full day tour in Siem Reap. We did the temple tour in the morning and the food tour in the evening. Despite the rainy weather in the morning, our whole experience was great. The guide, Hok, was kind enough to WhatsApp us the day before giving us further information and schedule for pickup. He was very punctual, which we appreciated. We started the tour at Angkor Wat and he was very patient giving us fully detailed information about the temple and guiding our visit. We visited other temples that were as surprising as Angkor Wat as well. During all times, we were very comfortable and engaged in the tour. They had some beverages to help us freshen up as well. In the evening, we were surprised by the experience around Siem Reap tasting amazing food and sharing great time with the locals.

Morning tour great at Temples photo opportunities. This full day tour was to include all food and drinks but at lunchtime made us pay for 3 juices with one free there were 4 of us. In the afternoon the places were rough and disappointing especially the lotus field was like a rubbish pit, grubby kids everywhere, we were not impressed with location choice. The lotus farm we visited the next day was 100% better. The beef skewers were so tough. All the places for a cocktail took us to a noisy bar. He should figure out by clients young or older which venue would suit better. The drinks were watered down.

This was the experience of a lifetime! An all inclusive day with a great attentive guide, Hok, and a kind, amazing tuktuk driver. Hok had immense knowledge and perspective about the temples and village and Cambodian life, we had incredible foods and have made a friend. His photography skills are also out of this world (attached are some shots he got of us). The home dinner and village experience was very authentic and such a highlight. Best of all, his personality and the atmosphere were unmatched. What a funny, kind and caring person. Overall couldn’t recommend enough.

Overall, great tour! Knowledgeable tour guide (hok is his name) that walked us through all the details we wouldn’t caught on our own. The foods good, just be prepared to try new things! Learned about local culture as well.

This tour was incredible! Sann (our guide) was impressively knowledgeable about Cambodian history, religion, culture, and cuisine. My husband and I constantly turned to each other and said we were so happy we booked this tour! We would have missed so much if we did not have Sann teaching us every step of the way. The evening food tour was also incredible. Every stop was different in its own way, all of the food was fresh, and the people were warm and welcoming. We have been traveling around SE Asia for a little over a week now and this was the highlight of our trip so far!!! You will not regret booking this tour. It is a long day BUT so fulfilling and with Sann as your guide, you will have the best time!!

Amazing day! Mony was terrific! The all day tour was fantastic. Great information and the temples were fascinating! Mony was so knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The food was exceptional. Loved all of it!!

The tour process from booking to going was very smooth and easy. The trip itself introduced unique aspects of Siem Reap that we would have unlikely known about without going in the tour and I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone thinking of signing up.

We had a wonderful day visiting Angkorwat and surrounding temples. Our guide Chan was knowledgeable and engaging and our drivers warm and friendly. A generous and tasty lunch was provided especially the eggplant and chicken dish. The evening tour included a visit to rice paddy’s where we watched a spectacular sunset and were entertained by local children. We then went to a nearby village and enjoyed one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten.

We did the full day temple and food tour with Chan. I thought at first it would be too long but having a break during the day made it great, temples in the morning with food! Then food tour starting at 4 , the best part going to a local village and home of Mr Vet and finishing with a great cocktail bar. Well worth it

We had an excellent morning tour around amazing Ankor park visiting 4 different temples and seeing others along the way. Our guide Chan was fun and very knowledgeable not just about the temples but everyday Cambodian life. Lunch at the end of our tour was delicious and generous. We also really like our tuk tuk drivers with their cool washers and icy drinks. Plenty of time in between tours for a relax and refresh. The evening food tour was fabulous. Unique in we sampled street food, some local restaurant specialties, dinner with sunset in a village and to finish an excellent cocktail . Big thanks to the whole list plate team!!

Having lived in Asia for 10+ years, we've been on a lot of tours. This was our first time with Lost Plate and its by far the best tour! Highly recommend the Angkor Wat + Food Tour experience -- perfect way to pack in highlights, hidden gems, and cultural/historical knowledge in a day, especially if you're in town for a short stint. Nicely spaced out so we weren't feeling tired. Our guide, Pum, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience more enjoyable. Our guide Pom was phenomenal! Knew so much about history of the temples. Pacing was excellent and the perfect amount of temples. It was nice to take a quick break between the temple tour and evening food tour. The food tour was much more in depth than a typical food tour. We experienced a meal in a local home, small street front restaurants, and food carts, and leaned about food and culture connections. This was a great introduction to Siem Reap!

I’ve been lucky enough to take many tours, in many places. This experience stands far above any other. Pich’s infectious joy, expansive knowledge and open-heartedness made today amazing. I will seek out Lost Plate at any future travel destination.
