Not only the place was beautiful even the way the whole tour organized was nice. Thonn actively guided us regarding the history and created a lot of memories.

Thonn is an amazing guide. He knows a lot and explains very well. Above all, he is very funny and has a hidden talent of photographer haha My friend and I enjoyed our time and learned a lot of new things. Everything was well organized. I definitely recommend this tour with Thonn! ☺️

Kim Thonn is a wonderful person and guide. We spent 3 days with him in Siem Reap and enjoyed every moment. Thonn is a Great Guide. First get in contact was very easy and he respons fast in an excellent English. He is very professional, before the tour he asked very detailed for our whishes and expectations, so he planned the Perfect individuell tour for us. He was always on time and Ride with the car was very comfy and safe. Everytime he had cold refreshments for us available. During the tour he knows the best Spots, he has amazing Photo skills :-), he knows how to avoid crowds and although our day was quite packed, we never felt in a Rush- there was always time for a Short extra stop or a small Break so we could take a rest from overwhelming views. The area is huge and I would recommend everybody who is visiting Angkot Wat for the first time to book a Tour with Thonn. He has extreme Deep Knowledge about history of Angkot Wat and is very open minded, funny and friendly- at one Point it felt like enjoying the day with a friend.

We could not have been more pleased with Thonn as our guide for Angkor Wat and other temples in the area. His historical and cultural knowledge is unparalleled. His recommendations for restaurants were all spot on. His curiosity and thirst for knowledge is refreshing. Our hotel concierge told us that Thonn is the best! And he was.

We toured the Angkor Wat complex over the course of 2 days. Thonn did a fantastic job. He has great command of the English language, a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the sites and knows all the best places for great photos. As an amateur photographer, he’s a master at taking photos with an iPhone. I can’t recommend Thonn and this tour highly enough!

We visited the complex on a very hot, grey, wet day. Thonn made it better than I'd imagined. We didn't see a sunrise (it went from black to grey) but he knew all the tricks to make it memorable. He was very responsive to what we wanted to see and experience; was super knowledgeable but did not 'parrot' info; he was extremely tolerant of my travel brain fog; and is just an all round nice young guy with great English speaking skills. Best guide of our trip. Highly recommend

My guide Thonn was great. He is personable his English is excellent and he is very knowledgable about his country. Importantly, he was flexible and willing to accomodate my requests, even if they differed from what he had planned. My wife and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in Siem Reip touring Angkor Wat and the many surrounding temples, Kim Thonn or 'Tony' as we knew him was our personal guide for the whole period. He was a pleasure to be with, friendly, knowledgeable, professional with clear English. As Tony got to know us he adapted the tour to ensure that we got the best out of every moment. One day he even surprised us by organising a personal blessing in a small remote Buddhist Pagoda. Kim Thonn is an excellent tour guide. He not only has a lot of knowledge about Ankor Wat, but also about his country and people. His English is very good and we understood each other perfectly. We can highly recommend Kim Thonn.

Thonn is so knowledgeable and personable. He is a learner and so curious about his country, the region, and his hobby: exotic birds. I video taped Thonn’s recounting of Angkor Wat. He is an amazing story teller. Similar for the other temples we visited and the fishing village on stilts. A telling note about Thonn: when we visited the main museum, he spent all of his time in the book section. In the end we bought him a book about the temples and one about birds of the region. Early Lunar New Year’s gifts!

Thonn was THE BEST! Having experienced many guides in many destinations, over the years, I can say without hesitation, that we found Thonn to be the best of the best. He is knowledgeable, kind, very personable, intuitive and went out of his way to create the perfect experience for us. Additionally, he is an outstanding photographer who created a lasting treasure trove of beautiful pix that we will share and enjoy for years! We also share a common love of birds, and I was amazed at his knowledge of the surrounding birds and other animals. Cannot recommend him enough.

Wow! I was lucky enough to have Kim recommended to me as a guide to visit the temples. As time was pretty limited I opted for a 3 hour tour. Kim and his driver were the best guides, informative, fun and more than happy to share their insights into the history of the amazing sites we visited. We did an organised 12 days tour of Vietnam and Cambodia and we were blessed to have “Kim Thonn “ from Angkor Kingdom Tours as our guide for this very special place. He arrived early morning to Phnom Penh to safely transport us to Siem Reap by bus . No Question was ever too difficult . He has a wealth of knowledge and with his infectious smile , kindness even Cambodian heat can be conquered . It is a pleasure to travel and experience Cambodian history, customs , people , culture with “Tony”. He was there for us from early morning till very late at night and always ready for a question, always approached situation from positive side and humour when challenged by different characters or situations. He is protective and looking up for all in a large or small group and definitely his Communication skills are an asset for the job. We wish him all the very best and recommend to all . Our guide Kim Thonn was punctual, friendly and articulate. He was thorough and made the information interesting as he took us to the three temples on our agenda. As well, he turned out to be an expert photographer into the bargain. He knew all the spots for the best photos. Angkor Wat is a must-see but the experience would have been much less without this personable and experienced guide.

In addition, his professional photographic skills helped us obtain pictures that will give us amazing memories of Cambodia. Seeing the temples at Angkor has been on my list for some time and I was not disappointed. What made the trip extra special was having Kim as my guide. He is knowledgeable, his English is first rate and he is very considerate of his client(s). As an older traveller Kim adjusted each day to ensure I got the most out of it but always respected my limitations so no unnecessary climbing or walking over very rocky ground. He even took most of the photos and sent them to me each day. Kim turned a pleasant trip into a memorable one. I hope more of you going to Siem Reap have the chance to meet Kim and experience Angkor with him. You will not be disappointed.

My one day sunset tour of Angkor Wat temples was so amazing and totally out-of-this-world! I was lucky to have Kim Thonn as my guide - he brought me back to a thousand years ago to the glory & magical world of the Ancient Kingdom. Through his in-depth knowledge of the history & culture of the people back then, i learned so much and was in awe. He has a good sense of humour and speaks good English. He doubled as our cameraman too LOL! and took gorgeous photos of the temples and sunset as our backdrop! Do not miss this tour and I highly recommend our tour guide, Kim! Thank you Kim🙏🏼

We were incredibly lucky to have Kim as our guide in Siam Reap. The basics were there. He spoke great English, was an expert on the history and the culture of Sian Reap. You expect that from a guide. What made Kim exceptional was that he cared about us, adapted to the needs of the individual members of our group, was kind, he listened and he adjusted his and our plans to make our trip exceptional, including taking us to eat his favorite street food. Topping it off was his ability and willingness to take some of the best photos we have from the area. We would highly recommend him as a tour guide❤️✨
