Had an amazing Sunrise cycling trip with Mr Chhay as our cycling and Mr Kheal as our trusty driver! We started the day dark and early. Waited at the Angkor Wat gates and chose our best spot to watch the sunrise. Mr Chhay explained the history very well with good english. After the visit to angkor wat, we started our cycling journey. We were given multiple options to choose. From easy, moderate to difficult biking routes whenever there was a cross roads which was really awesome as we could experience an easy start, increased the difficulty level to a harder one and have the option of increasing more difficulty level or bring it back down to an easy ride! My 2 teenage kids and I (mind u that I have not exercised in like forever) survived the entire 20km journey ending it by riding along the walls of the temple! The entire tour lasted 8 hrs. And the biking portion of it took 3.5hrs! Kudos to Mr Chhay and Mr Kheal for the awesome time! ❤️

The sunrise tour of Angkor Wat with guide Pal Saruon was truly amazing. Since the tour starts early in the morning, it could be a demanding schedule, but thanks to the passionate guide, it was not a problem at all. In fact, as a Korean, I might have enjoyed it even more than with a Korean guide!
Sok Chea and Mr Phol were incredibly professional and insightful during our sunrise tour. Sok led us to a perfect spot to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat and took incredible photos of us throughout the day. The bike tour wasn’t hard and gave us a fun way to see the temples. They even took videos and pictures of us biking around the temples! Both Sok Chea and Mr Phol gave us an unforgettable experience we will cherish forever.
Sok and Mr. Phol were the perfect guide and driver! I will remember this tour for the rest of my life 10/10! The explanation of the history, the adventurous mountain biking, and Sok’s picture taking were top notch!
From early start to end of tour everything was great. Yuth took us away from all the crowds and we had fantastic views all day. The Tuk tuk pick up and ride was great- bikes on the bike! After breakfast we were able to cycle around all the temples off the beaten track and explore. Highly recommend this personalised tour and efficient tour company.
With sam we went to Ankor wat. The driver and Sam was kind and I was so pleased that he explained very well with a lot of knowledge in everything.
Sok our guide and driver Bounyean were the best. Attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We spent the morning with them, seeing sunrise at Ankor Wat followed by 5 hours of mountain biking around the national park trails exploring temples as we went. Sok is a pro photographer- always knowing where to get shots of you that will treasure when you get back home. Super interesting and honest tour guide. I recommend you book this tour that beats your standard morning at the temples.
It was an amazing experience to see this beautiful religious temples wow in between doing relaxed bike rides. Our guide was excellent!
Serakyuth gave my friend and I a WONDERFUL sunrise tour of Angkor Wat! The day was full of information and fun times. Beginning by walking us to the sunrise spot, he shared a lot about the history and the land. In Angkor Wat, Yuth was sharing tons about the engravings, the language, and the religious stories. There was a brief breakfast stop, then we continued on the tour by bicycle. We felt safe as they were in good condition and Yuth was a trusty leader. We got to see 5 temples in total (only entered 4). Also stopped to see the monkeys! Our driver shared with us water bottles and refreshing towels with palm oil at every stop. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting. We got the most out of one morning, before the heat of the day got too hot. Yuth is a fun, knowledgable and generous tour guide, who you would be very lucky to learn from! 🙏 😄
We took a van to see sunrise at Ankor Wat and then cycled from there to the other temples. Our guide, Serakyuth (Yuth for short) was incredible! I live in Cambodia so I have been to Ankor wat many times with other guides but Yuth has been the best by far. His knowledge of history and language were incredible. He was personable, a great guide, and a fantastic person to spend a few hours with. The driver who followed us with water and cold towelettes was also amazing and so so kind. I highly recommend this tour!!
Great Experience with wonderful guide Sam. Helpful advices and recommendations, good English, lots of informations, patiently answered every question.
Chhay’s tour was beautiful, informative and very active. We rode about 12 miles with many stops at temples, interesting sites and gates. There was plenty of water and refreshments to counter the heat. We finished about noon before it got too hot
Loved riding through the woods , past the reservoir and on the temple wall. Sunrise was beautiful though we had some clouds.
Our guide, Sok Chea, was wonderful. We went on a 4 day tour of the temple complex, a bike, ride, and trip to waterfalls. Over those 4 days we all became friends. Sok is very knowledgeable about the history of each temple and the wider civilization, he was also able to point out various details and other parts that we would not have known about on our own or by reading a guide book. He also took us to visit a basket weaving family and an authentic local restaurant. So we were able to experience both ancient ankor culture and modern day Cambodian culture. We absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a complete and authentic guide.
The trip was amazing! We saw the beautiful sunrise in the temple and we also explore the area with bicycles which was really fun! Our tour guide Chhay showed us amazing spots, was very attentive and kind. Really recommend!
The Temples were amazing and we loved every part of the trip. Our guide was Chhay and he gave us enough time to stroll around and take pictures. The bike rides were also very entertaining and fun but be careful with the heat.
Very nice experience! Mr Sok, our guide, was very good. He told us many curiosities about the temples and history of Cambodia. He is also an excellent photographer😉 Thanks
The best way to visit and see alors the attractions !!!! The guide gives lots of information and is very good at taking pictures !!! You ride in the jugle so it is not to hot !!!
Absolutely amazing experience. Loved the sunrise at the start and great advice to chill towards the back with a bit more height for a better photo rather than crowding the water. Temples were all amazing and Chhay had a great knowledge about the history and cultural significance! Cycling was also a great way to get between them as it gave us a good perspective of the local landscape. Overall would 100% recommend!!!
Thank you soo much Chhay! Thanks to the kind and friendly driver and the tourist Chhay, we are making great memories in Cambodia! We adjusted the schedule according to the customers' circumstances and toured comfortably. It also tells many interesting stories related to Cambodian culture! Thanks to him, I became interested in Cambodia!
Very professional and well run company with a great guide who spoke excellent English. The bike tour was a lot of fun and the explanations of the ruins were great. The guide gave us a choice multiple times along the way of how challenging we wanted the ride to be. We took the most challenging course and it was fine (none of us are mountain bikers but we've all done mountain biking once or twice before). We got to see parts of the jungle around the ruins that normal tours don't see, plus a guide for the main ruins which is a must. Over all, highly recommended.
Amazing experience! Chhay is the best tour guide. In fact, this was the best tour I have had. Perfect English. Very knowledgeable.
Super fun tour with a very knowledgeable guide, also great photographer and made every attempt to capture nice moments for us
I had an incredible cycling experience exploring the temples around Angkor Wat. The tour began with a sunset view at Angkor Wat itself, setting the tone for the adventure. We then pedaled to Ta Prohm and Bayon Temple, discovering the beauty of each site. The option to enjoy breakfast from our hotel or sample local cuisine added a delightful touch. The bikes were in good condition, ensuring a smooth ride, and our guide, Mr. Chhay, was not only friendly but also shared insightful knowledge about the temples, enhancing the overall experience. He also turned of to be a good photographer, providing us with some great photos. Highly recommend this well-organized and enjoyable cycling tour!
Our guide, Saruon, make our experience unforgettable, amazing, I totally recommend take the experience with him, and sopha, the driver, always help us, with water, with wet tower, and it help us to pass better the sun and hot day as we spent. I hope that Angkor will be one of the seven wonder, ESPECTACULAR!!! Come and discover by yourself but don’t forget to chose saruon and sopha as your guide!
Amazing countryside, temples and fantastic tour guide Chhay who made it so special. Chhay was s fantastic guide and provided insight into the history and significance of every site we visited. Cycling was such a great way to visit temples you wouldn’t be able to otherwise, the countryside is beautiful and it was lovely weather and s lovely cool breeze. The cycling was tailored to our ability. Highly recommend this experience, it’s been the highlight of our visit to Cambodia 😀
We did the Private Sunrise Bike Tour and struck gold with Sok Chea as our guide! I also want to mention our driver Yeng because he did a wonderful job making sure to keep us hydrated & providing the amazing cooling towels just when we needed them most. What a life changing experience! Sok is clearly passionate about the history of each temple and did an incredible job bringing the story to life as we walked through each one. He took time to get to know us and gave us the adventure we were looking for. You ask, Sok and Yeng provide! Sok also knew the perfect spot for every picture so we left with lasting memories. It's clear he loves what he does. Book the private Sunrise Bike Tour with Sok & Yeng, it's the experience of a lifetime! Side note, we loved Sok so much we booked him for a Tuk tuk ride to a dinner place later that night that he recommended & the food was incredible! The experience even included a show after eating. 10/10 highly recommend!
Chaay was an excellent guide! He was able to make me feel safe at all times, especially during the more technical portions of cycling through the forest. He also took amazing photos, some capabilities I didn’t even know were possible. The driver was prompt and friendly as well. Great experience.
It was a fantastic trip, well worth getting up early for. The driver and guide were absolutely spot on. The guides knowledge was unnreal with lots of humour. The places we visited were once in a lifetime sights, we saw things we will never forget. Cycling through the jungle was great fun. We came across temples that are only accessible on bike or foot. I cant recommend this company enough. If you visit Cambodia do yourself a favour and go on organised tours. We've had 3 and everyone has given us special memories that we will always treasure but this last tour was my personal favourite. Thank you guys for giving us a great holiday.
Had an amazing time with Chhay and Mao. Chhay had great knowledge of the area and culture, and was easy to get along with. He even acted as our personal photographer! Mao would be waiting at multiple checkpoints in the car with ice cold water and cold towels. Bike ride was very accessible for 3 amateur cyclists (last time I cycled was 5 years ago), and cooled us off in between the amazing temple sites. They’re a 3 levels of off road options (we went for the middle level). We cycled around 30km, with 10km of this off road. Harem pants do need to be rolled up as they can catch in the pedals/gears, and would recommend insect repellant. Itinerary: First headed to the ticket office (there are cafes open for coffee/early snack). Angkor Wat for 5 (sunrise at 5.30). Inner temple open at 6, touring all 3 levels (the 3rd level is closed on some days). Breakfast stop at 9ish. Dishes around 4 to 6 usd. Afterwards we got our bikes. Initial ride is downhill/flat with a fun off road part. We passed by a few hidden temples on the way. Reached Tomb Raider temple at 10.30, with time to explore. Views from a reservoir where locals are harvesting lily pads, firewood, and fishing. Next to Angkor Thom (3km by 3km), cycling with stop offs to explore. Tour was rounded off with a ride along the 8m high wall of Angkor Thom (2m wide and no risk), and a beer/coconut at the end. Overall an amazing experience, and it was nice to have the remaining day to explore and relax in Cambodia.
The best tour I've been on so far. Our tour guide Chhay was wonderful. Full of information and jokes, very gracious and constantly helping us take photos from great angles! The bicycle ride was my favourite bit. You really feel at one with the nature and the country and far easier than walking. You can decide what paths to go on so people who are new to cycling and people who are very experienced will find something suitable to their level. We explored many temples whilst cycling and also cycled past many too. The cold towels were SO GOOD, I dont think any other tour I've been on provided us with this. Chhay gave us alot of background information including some of his own experiences so it really helped us actually understand what we were seeing and exploring. You really get to explore alot. Overall a very exciting and beautiful tour. I'm so happy I booked this.
The temples were really beautiful, and the tour guide Chhay was lovely. He knew a lot of the history behind the temples. The bike ride was amazing, around 30km. The tour guide made sure there was enough water at every stop, and even had cold towels to wipe ourselves; the first tour that has provided this on the trip for us.
My family of 3 was extremely pleased with this tour! It was a great way to see the major temples. We loved how Chhay, our guide took care of everything. It was exciting to cycle through forests, over bridges and even on the ancient palace walls! The tour company gave us van support with cold towels and cold water along the way. The route was shaded most of the ride and felt very safe. Chhay has cycled all over Cambodia, so we were led by an expert! I highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour with our very well informed tour guide Chhoum Sopheap and driver Naro. Great knowledge and very helpful assistance.
This bike tour was the highlight of my trip to Cambodia. Mr.Sok, our guide, was incredibly knowledgable about the history of the temples and was a wonderful teacher. We were picked up at the hotel and brought to Angkor Wat where we saw the sunrise and toured the genome for about 3 h. Then we got on bikes (very high quality) and biked to the surrounding temples. Mr. Sok guided us through the local village and on trails that we would have never found on our own. The views were beautiful!!! The van driver stopped asking the way with water and cool rags. We also had snacks (fresh mango and coconut water) that Mr. Sok prearranged. We even booked back to the hotel. This should be a must on your to do list!
I had no idea what a wonderful day awaited me when Mr. Sok picked us up at 4:30 so that we could see sunrise in Angor Wat! He was knowledgeable, entertaining, thoughtful, very kind and compassionate. He knew just how to Pace our visit so that we had the best views with the least visitors. He knew all the camera angles and took lots of fun photos of us. And all of that was before we even got on a bicycle! He took us on hidden trails and atop a temple wall with hidden perspectives and spectacular views. The bicycles were comfortable and he provided helmets and lots of much needed water. This tour exceeded All my expectations and it was all because of the expertise, professionalism and passion shown by Mr. Sok. Thank you!
What an amazing experience and this is my second tour of Cambodia. Our tour guide chhaay & driver mao were so great. Not only did chaay provide us with all the historical information we required, he took the best photos!! We absolutely recommend this your. Wonderful cold towels whenever you stop and cold drinks.
This was a wonderful trip. All thanks to our Tour Guide Saroun Pal and our driver Mr Kim. Mr Saroun was very knowledgable, friendly guide. He went extra mile to make the tour more value for money. He took efforts to take photos for all. Thanks to company Journey Cambodia for good arrangement such as clean bus, professional staffs, plenty of water and wet towels. I highly recommend this company to fellow travellers.
Can’t recommend this tour enough! A great big thank you to Mr Sok and Naro! We had the very best day at Ankor Wat/Thom thanks to these 2 professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny brilliant guides! The service was 5 star+ with everything perfectly planned and timed! On the bike tour the Mr Naro would meet us at the perfect moment with cold water and cold towels! Mr Sok was perfect in all that he did, he’s so passionate it felt like a day out with a friend! He also is a keen photographer and took some amazing photos for us! He really went above and beyond and we are so glad we booked this tour! Worth the money and early start! A memorable day amidst our 6 months travelling! Thank you Mr Sok and Naro!
Our guide Vuttha Dam and driver Le In were outstanding. Vuttha’s knowledge was fantastic and he made sure we enjoyed it.
Chay was the best tour guide in all our trip to southeast asia ! You can understand everything and he always have the best attitude ever ! In fact he is not like a tour guide is like your best frind traveling with you , you should without doubt take tours with this guys !
Our guide Chayy was really fun, knowledgeable and an excellent bike guide. After the amazing sunrise at Angkor Wat he asked if we want to go on the road or do a single track to see several more hidden temples. We chose single track and so glad we did. I was not experienced at single track and it really wasn’t too hard at all. It was amazing to see sites that none of the other tour groups were able to see! We saw monkeys and rode along the top of a mote wall. It was an amazing day and then we asked him to give us a different tour the next day in the countryside. I would recommend the Angkor Wat tour but not so much the countryside because it was just the very rural farms and towns that were very dirty and burning trash. Maybe ask to see the rice fields instead.
Excellent. Our guide Mr Sokpee was brilliant so knowledgeable made our day. Nothing was too much trouble very helpful
Chhay’s bike tour gave us a magically unique experience of the temples. We started the day watching the sun rise over Angkor wat and then we toured the temples in the area. We had breakfast at a nearby restaurant and then we started the bike tour. The bikes and helmets were in perfect condition. The bike tour is a good mix of on road and off road routes. It was exhilarating, but we felt safe the whole time. Chhay knows the off road route like the back of his hand and it’s clear that this bike path is frequented often. We had bathroom breaks every hour and our driver even gave us fresh cool towels and cold water bottles multiple times throughout our tour. It was an incomparable experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is comfortable riding a bike.
Although we didn’t get a perfect sunrise, the early start allowed us to do much of our sightseeing before the day got too hot. Our guide was knowledgeable and would take the time to provide information at each temple. The bike ride through the jungle and temples is a lifetime experience and I couldn’t recommend it more
Had the best ever tour guide Sok! He was fantastic, super knowledgeable and a great photographer. Learnt so much and really had such a good time. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone well worth it! Also defo ask for Sok, he made the trip!!! I have certainly fallen in love with Siem Reap
Thank you Sok for this amazing experience. Sok explained the history of angkor with details He chose perfect spots for our pictures and was our professional photographer haha Bless you and your team and good luck with everything 🙏🏼 Rania
What an excursion! Chhay is a champion. He made this bike tour extra special. He catered the trip to my level of cycling and fitness. He tells me he caters to families, various fitness levels etc. His insights and historical references were on point. We arrived at the sunrise spot at the perfect time. I was able to snag the perfect spot. 15 more minutes and I'd be behind a line of people. From humble beginnings and a fascinating journey through life, this is one guy we all hope makes it to the next level. Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples were out of this world. I initially signed up for the bus tour, but changed to the bike tour last minute and boy oh boy am I glad I did. Chhay always seemed to know the best times to arrive at a given location, 10 or 15 minutes before the hoards of people. Keep doing your thing brother. Give a big hug to the wife for me.
Highly recommend this tous which is complete to see all the main interest of the temples, with a very friendly and well speaking English guide. I have a very nice time with the group. Thank you Yugh for the discovering !
It was one of the best bike tours I’ve done. We started watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat, we got to see the Ta Prohm temple which was used as a location in the film Tomb Raider movie. We had a great time riding our bikes around the temples. Definetely a high recommended tour to do in Siem Reap!!
