Priam, our guide, was very knowledgeable. He speaks English so well and is very easy to talk to. We were able to adjust our trip according to our liking. We were having trouble with our sim card locally so we asked him to show us where to buy a sim. He happily obliged and went all out for us. Priam was always very polite and helpful to us. We had such an excellent time with him plus the experience at Angkor Wat was smooth and easy because of him. So grateful that we got him as our guide.

Angkor Wat is a temple complex in Cambodia and one of the largest religious monuments in the world, on a site measuring 162.6 hectares. Originally constructed as a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Vishnu for the Khmer Empire, it was gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple towards the end of the 12th century.
One of the most famous temples in Angkor, Ta Prohm is known for the huge trees and the massive roots growing out of its walls. The jungle temple also featured in the adventure movie “The tomb raider”; several shots were filmed in the Ta Prohm.
Angkor Thom is an ancient city of the Khmer empire was built around the year 1181AD under the reign of the great Khmer king Jayavarman VII. It is almost square city surrounded by 8 meter high walls a little over 12 kilometers long with five impressive gopura gates providing access to the city. The city’s name translates to “large city” or “great city”.
The Bayon is a richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia (Famous Known as four stone smiling faces or four faces of Buddha). Built in the late 12th or early 13th century as the state temple of the Mahayana Buddhist King Jayavarman VII, the Bayon stands at the centre of Jayavarman's capital, Angkor Thom
The Terrace of the Elephants is part of the walled city of Angkor Thom, a ruined temple complex in Cambodia. The terrace was used by Angkor's king Jayavarman VII as a platform from which to view his victorious returning army. It was attached to the palace of Phimeanakas, of which only a few ruins remain.
One of the tallest monuments of Angkor, the Ta Keo is a mountain temple build by Jayavarman V, found a little East of Angkor Thom. Its five sanctuaries are placed on top of a 22 meter high five stepped pyramid, from where there are good views of the surrounding area. The pyramid shaped Ta Keo was build to represent Mount Meru, the mountain that is the center of the world in Hindu mythology.

We went on a 1 day tour with Praim. The tour was great, Praim explained a lot on the temples as well as Cambodia in general and the relevant history. The air conditioned car and the cold water were also great in the hot weather :)
Best way to see the temples- Praim picked us up before sunrise, took us to the best spots and had interesting stories and information that made a real difference. He was kind and his English is superb and so it was very nice to spend the day together. He also took some great pictures of us together.
Wonderful tour, our guide Keo Sieng was very prepared and friendly. Absolutely recommended.
I cannot say enough good things about Sieng Keo and his abilities as a guide. I am an old guy and this tour of multiple temples can be a real killer on my old back. Sieng not only accommodated my need for breaks, he encouraged me to take more breaks. We had lunch together and I very much enjoyed his company, not only as a tour guide. Sieng's knowledge of the temple complex was extensive and detailed, and he answered every question I had. His explanations of the extraordinary carving work at Angkor Wat and the other temples showed a deep understanding, and a love for the history and culture of his home country. You could tell he was proud of his heritage. The pickup in the morning (bloody early, at my request), was flawless, and our driver (a hotel employee) was perfect throughout the visit. I climbed all over hell and back on those stairs and don't regret a moment of my visit. By noon, I was completely out of gas (we'd been at it seven hours) and he took me back to the hotel, after helping me look at some jewellery to take home as a gift (which, ultimately, I decided not to buy). Our lunch together was a great experience. Ask him about the work he does to support the people in his village! There are a lot of people where he lives who need support (widows, orphans, elderly with no families). I, for one, will be sending some money when I get back to the states. I hope you. consider doing so too. Ask Sieng to show you the pictures of his village, and you will want to help too. (Sieng did NOT ask me for help, I asked him a lot of questions and, eventually and reluctantly, he opened up about his work for those in need in his village. You absolutely should book with this company and be a part of the solution. 10 of 10 rating.
Great tour from Praim today! He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything very well. Highly recommend to book with him.
A great experience with a lovely polite and very experienced guide - Praim met us early morning from our hotel and provided us with a great experience and highly recommended 😊
I can’t speak highly enough of Priam and this fantastic tour! We were picked up in a very nice air-conditioned car, Priam was incredibly informative about all the history of the temples, kings, and the surrounding areas. I asked a lot of questions! He knew all the best spots for photos too! Priam has a very kind and calm demeanour and happy to be flexible around what we wanted to do with our five-year-old daughter. He filled us in on the history of his family as well when we asked which was also interesting to learn about the more recent history of Cambodia in the area, and what it was like growing up through the civil war for him and his family. Don’t hesitate to do this tour it’s an absolute MUST do here.
Mr Praim turned out to be a very well educated and informed tour guide. General and specific questions were very well answered.
Mr Praim was an exceptional tour guide. He was an excellent storyteller of the history of Angkor Wat and guided us through the temples efficiently and thoroughly. He also gave us excellent historical and current perspectives of Siem Reap and Cambodia.
My partner and I did the small circle Angkor tour as we only had one day to discover the beauties of the area. Keo Sieng was our guide and he was very knowledable and engaged while taking us on a journey through history. He told us stories behind each stone-carved image which significantly enriched the whole experience of admiring the art. Definitely reccomend!
Beyond incredible. Praim made our day extra special. This is the best way to experience Angkor Wat and all of the temples of Siem Reap. This is a first class service and fully custom to your liking. Praim’s English is very good and he did a great job in explaining everything and making it perfect for us. Thank you for the best day!
We had a great tour with Praim and would highly recommend him for anyone visiting the temples. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Was able to get special permission to drive close to Angkor wat to accommodate my wife’s knee issue!
Praim was a WONDERFUL guide and was very accommodating. my wife was struggling with a knee issue and he made it possible to get closer with the car. he was incredibly knowledgeable about the sites and made our visit to the complexes complete.
Highly recommend this amazing private tour with Praim . He knew all the best places to take stunning photos away from the other tours and somehow we where always one step ahead of the other tours so we avoided the crowds . He also took lots of lovely photos of us His English was excellent and we learnt so much from him about Cambodia and it's history. Air conditioned vehicle and free unlimited cold water which was much needed in 37c temperatures.
Highly recommend this amazing private tour with Praim - it is well worth the money as he tailors the tour to suit you . He knew all the best places to take stunning photos away from the other tours and somehow we where always one step ahead of the other tours so avoided the crowds . He also took lots of lovely photos of us. His English was excellent and we learnt so much from him about Cambodia and it's history. Air conditioned vehicle and free unlimited cold water which was much needed in 37c temperatures. So impressed we have booked another tour with him .
Amazing historical place. Our guide was nice and prepared. He also took many nice pictures for us. We spento all the day at the temples. Highly recommended
Our tour with Sok was excellent. There’s no way we could have seen everything we saw without a guide, and it was such a treat to have Sok as our private guide. He was very informative, friendly, and open to answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!
Sok is a very good guide, he is very friendly and helpful ! He knows places where you can take good photos . Thank you, Sok thank you gor a good time in Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap trip
Sok, full professionalism, vast knowledge, friendly approach to tourists - I highly recommend. PS And he knows where to take best pictufes.
My second trip to Angkor Wat could not have been any better thanks to Priam. He was on time, provided great depth and detail about the history and culture surrounding the temples, and also provided lots of great anecdotes about Cambodian culture that made the trip very enjoyable.
Our guide Praim was the best. He was punctual and polite and very knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat. We sat by the most outside Angkor Wat temple and waited for sunrise for about an hour. Sunrise was magnificent and the monks chanting added to the ambience. We visited all the main sites - Angkor Wat temple, Ta Prohm, Ta Keo, and Bayon. Throughout the day we had cold water waiting for us in the car. The only negative was the restaurant we went to for breakfast was very skippable. But it was very clean and the coffee was great. We were done by noon and were driven back to our hotel. I will definitely recommend this tour and Praim in particular to all my friends
A must do tour of an iconic wonder of the world!! Watching the sun rise over Angkor Wat is an unforgettable experience! All the other temples and sites around Angkor War just added to the experience. Our guide Sieng Kei was excellent at bringing historical perspective to each temple, as well as being an outstanding photographer to catalog our day! Our driver Mr. Savouern was safe a very good at ensuring he was ready at the pick up points with cold water and a cold towel - much needed as the temperatures rose during the day.
We were picked up promptly at 4.30 am as promised and taken straight to ticket office to gain access to temples costing $37 per person, our guide was Keo Sieng and he's was amazing, English was perfect and his knowledge was outstanding. He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Our driver Rith was extremely punctual and his driving made us feel really safe. Once the tour stated Keo found us a great spot to watch the sun rise and reveal the main temple at Ankor Wat. Once we did that he took us around all the best spots for photos and gave us ample historical stories & info about each individual area. Any questions were answered with ease & humour. An outstanding guide, thoroughly recommend. They even took us to a Killing fields shrine in addition to our private tour, with no additional cost to them, just our site entry $3 A wonderful day & incredible memories made.
Visiting the various Wats is a must do- there are so many different ones and the experiences are all different. Sunrise at Angkor Wat is simply stunning - arriving in the dark, the built up is existing, as dawn reveals a wonderful sight. The Wat itself is amazing too. We then went to Ta Prohm, where Tomb Raider was filmed but it was the fig trees growing in and around the ruins that was amazing. We then went to Ta Kao - the tallest of the Wats - some amazing views from the top but a real scramble to get up there - the climb up and down is not for the faint hearted. We then saw the Elephant Terrace and ended at the Bayon Temple, with all of the huge faces carved into the stone. At 8hours in length and starting at 5am, this is a full on tour but completely worth seeing such a different history and amazing places. Our guide Sok, was superb - his knowledge and command of English is superb and was always helpful, including providing plenty of water.
Praem is without a doubt the perfect tour guide. Polite, prompt, perfect English, flexible, knowledgeable, friendly and amenable to whatever you want to do. I could not recommend him more highly and hope this review means you can set your mind at ease when visiting Cambodia and Angkor Wat. We did the main three temples and had the best time. Thank you Praem for being so epic, will be sending your details to everyone I know who is visiting.
What an excellent tour .Sok picked us up at 5am, drove us straight to the Angkor Wat. We had to purchase tickets that where $37 each, but some of the money goes into local hospitals., We arrived at the Angkor Wat, watched the sun rise, what an amazing experience. He gave us a private tour around the Angkor Wat, Ta prohm and Rayon temple. Soks knowledge and English were very impressive. He was a friendly and a pleasure to spend the day with. He also taught us some great photo techniques and knows exactly where the right place is to take the picture. I would recommend this experience to anyone and especially with Sok.
Our guide Sok was early and super friendly and helpful. He really helped make this a wonderful experience watching the sun rise over Angkor Wat.His knowledge of all three temples was amazing. We stopped at Akor,Ta Prohm and Bayon Temples,Sok told us about the rich history through all the temples and we took so many photos.I highly recommend recommend this tour you won’t be disappointed.
Praim was a fantastic tour guide, simply can't recommend him enough. Flexible and knowledgeable, you must make sure you request him to ensure you have the best experience possible!!
Keo was great, such a kind man. Explained everything he possibly could have all the history of Cambodia and temples we went too. Best trip we have been on so far, so informative 🙏
Keo is an amazing guide. We had a pleasure to meet and have him as our Angkor tour host. He knows every spot for such great photos, which he also did a lot for us! Thank you! The tour itself was really interesting and the views were incredible too. Temples are beautiful and they are still in surprisingly good shape. Definitely must see when visiting Cambodia, with Keo if possible! :)
Our guide, Mr. Keo Sieng was very helpful and professional. He also is an excellent photographer . We got very interesting and profound explanation in english. He knows a lot and cares a lot. Highly recommended.
The tour with Praim was wonderful. His explanation was very clear and very informative. His behavior was very polite and the picture he made for us was the best
The extensive knowledge of the guide, and the pleasantness of his ways, so everything was great, because of that all the tour was great.
The guide/driver Thong was wonderful, started with perfect punctuality, great knowledge, patience and niceness, you can't find a better guide
I had an incredible experience with my private tour guide, Praim, at Angkor Wat. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture, providing fascinating insights into each temple we visited. His passion for the area really enhanced the tour, making it not just a visit but a deep dive into the history of the Khmer Empire. He was also very accommodating, tailoring the experience to my preferences and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. If you’re looking for an informative and engaging tour of Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Praim!
We found our guide, Praim, on Trip Advisor. My husband and I are not really big fans of tours but were facing the daunting task of sorting out of where to go amongst the myriad temples and ancient ruins. So we decided to give a private guide a try. All the reviews were excellent and Praim didn't disappoint. He was very help in setting things up and setting expectations (timing, dress code, options, etc). Most importantly, he was an outstanding guide. Knowledgeable about the area, respectful of the temples as both a spiritual and historical place, and quiet in his approach so as to enhance but not interfere with our experience. The little things added a lot. A comfortable car with AC, water, ice cloths (we were there in the hot season) He is also a great photographer - so many of our beautiful shots are ones he took for us or of us. He was also cheerfully flexible. When we'd had enough temples and ruins even though the time was not up, he offered (and we accepted) a tour of the rest of the city of Siem Reap rather than sticking to the planned tour. It was the perfect tour, covering much more than expected and so much better than if we'd tried this on our own. And, very reasonably priced and a great value! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Praim as a guide and as a person. If you hire him, you will be in great hands no matter what you your in the area. We HIGHLY recommend Praim!!
The guide was very knowledgeable and the driver took care. It was an early start but well worth it. I was taken to a lunch spot that was clean and comfortable.
Thanks you very much for this complete day with your precious informations. Keo Sieng is the best guide. We did a full day with him 4 temples on the morning. Sieng is very interesting and we will do all he can for you to have a great moment (plus he takes beautiful pictures !) He knows very well all the site so you never wait anywere and he shows you some out the way spot that are amazing. He is very friendly he treat you as a friend. Its the best private guide. Thanks you so much brother it was a real pleasure meeting your :)
We had a great sunrise trip to Ankor wat and really appreciated Praim, our tour guide. He spoke excellent English and gave us lots of information and also advice on the best photo spots.
Great tour altogether. Praim was a very nice and calm guide. He responded very well to all our needs and wishes. His knowledge both about the cultural sites we visited as about Cambodia, it’s history and culture was top notch. We had a great time, I would recommend him without hesitation. He helped us to get a deeper understanding of Cambodia and elevate our experience in this wonderful country. He took great photos of us be the way.
The trip was great, we arrived early morning to watch the sunrise, beautiful scenery. The temples are amazing. Priam was very good, a lot of knowledge and also knew to take us to the right spots for great pictures.
Praim and Vandy were great. We had an awesome time in Cambodia. They went above and beyond what they mentioned on the tour itinerary. They were flexible and provided us rides for dinner, going to the market, etc.
A tour with Mr Sieng is a must do if you’re coming to Siem Reap. He was an amazing tour guide for our family. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the temples and spoke English very well. He took great photos of our family and we had an incredible experience with him.
Our sunrise tour of Angkor Park with Praim was a very informative and enjoyable day out. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our family group ranged from 6 to 77 years of age, including a teenager and Praim easily catered for us all. He takes a great family photo too, knowing all the top spots and angles for pictures! I would recommend him as a guide for any individual or group.
Wonderful experience, everything you can ask for. Praim was our tour guide & driver and made everything perfect. Speaks good english!
Super experience, Praim was very kind. He explained to us everything about the temples and the place we visited Recommended
Mr Praim is a very well prepared guide. He was always ready to answer to our questions and requests. The tour was just perfect and the attentions of Praim have been a plus. Last but not least, he is a super good driver!
Excellent day spent with Praim as he guided us through Angkor Wat. We were picked up at 5:00am from our hotel and spent the morning touring multiple temple sites. As a licensed guide, Praim was able to provide us with an in-depth account of the history and events that unfold over hundreds of years in the region. He paced the tour to meet our needs, including a lunch/break at a great restaurant. I can highly recommend this tour and selecting Praim as your guide.
The trip was incredible. Praim, the private guide was extremely knowledgeable, on time and great company for the private tour. We started at 5am - pick up from the hotel, then first stop was Angkor Wat where we saw the amazing sunrise. No need to worry about the groups, this personalised 1-1 guide is perfect for those wanting personal photo shoots and a much effortless experience. Highly recommend Praim and his tour!
