The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, offering both convenience and charm. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and filled with comfort, featuring a walk-in wardrobe and a generously sized bathroom. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I especially loved their warm, welcoming smiles and wonderful attention to detail. Every little touch is thoughtfully considered, creating a relaxing and memorable experience from beginning to end. A truly delightful hotel where comfort, charm, and outstanding hospitality come together. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in the city.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the breakfast, spa, and dinner. The hotel set up a car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport as well. We have traveled to 30 countries and are Globalist with Hyatt and Ambassador with Marriott-and the service here was the friendliest and best we have received. Dont miss it! Forgot that the hotel set up a 2 day tour of Angwor Wat and surroundings with Sam that was incredible :)

Rarely do you find a hotel that truly gets everything right, but the Park Hyatt Siem Reap was one of those stays for me. From the beautiful property to the cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and incredible service, everything was exceptional. A huge thank you to Lin, Kourou, Lola, Sreymom, Nuch, Champa, and the entire team. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and genuinely made me feel like family rather than just another guest. From the airport transfer with a cold towel, water, and snack box to the seamless check-in, everything was thoughtfully handled. My trip ended up being unexpectedly shortened, and the staff were incredibly helpful in rearranging my plans. I also enjoyed several of the hotel experiences, including the Angkor Wat tour, Khmer lunch, and blessing ceremony. A special thank you to Mr. Ohm for such a memorable Angkor Wat tour and fantastic photos, and to Mr. Hak for getting me safely to and from my activities. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection and à la carte options. The prawn omelette was a favorite! The morning activities are also a fun touch. I also loved how personal the service felt. Staff remembered my name and even remembered what activities I had planned for the day and would ask me about them when I returned. I ended my stay with the Apsara dance dinner, which was a beautiful way to finish the trip. Even as a solo diner, they made me feel very welcomed and arranged a front-row seat for the performance. This easily ranks among my top 10 hotel stays. The people are what really make this property special, and I’m already looking forward to returning. 🙏

This was arguably the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The decor is lovely, especially the deep pink velvet furniture. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was fantastic. Request Khum or Sen if you visit and definitely try the Khmer massage. All the staff were terrific including Nan, Nuch and Lyfong who was a huge help shipping a package for me. I loved Cambodia but would go back just to stay at the Hyatt again!
