Well located hotel. The breakfast offered is good. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We had issues with availability of hot water in the bathroom. There was no hot water for a bath and when we brought it up with the hotel staff we were told that there was some maintenance work. It is not right to do maintenance when there are guests in the hotel. Was very disappointed as the issue was not resolved even after complaining.
Lovely stay, next door to a supermarket and atms. Tuk tuks outside waiting to take you anywhere. Quiet location and the hotel spa is a few doors up. The food was fantastic here too. Highly recommend
Very friendly staff. Nice discounts on restaurant and spa. Room spacious.
Negatives:
- Hallways hot
- Room AC thermostat not working, so we had to manually turn ac on and off personally to keep at an average temperature
- Several times shower was barely warm
Amazing!
That is what we can tell from our 6 days, 5 nights stayed here.
The staff really wonderful & nice people.
I have requested for simple decoration for my husband birthday on 30th March. The staff step up the level by surprising my husband with the birthday cake. I’m really amaze with the staff efforts.
Overall, we really satisfied & definitely will come & stay at this hotel again.
We promise to come back once we have our baby as we ttc for 6 years & really 🙏 that our wish will come true.
Thank you to all Memoire Siem Reap Hotel team.
Lots of love from us… From Malaysia.
We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed here for 6 nights. They helped us arrange bikes. Everything was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast.
Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only suggestion I would give is the option not to change the towels every day, as that is really not necessary for us.
