This is classified as a 4 Star hotel but should be upgraded. The rooms were spacious, the service impeccable and the location really central. There is a supersized supermarket next door which accommodates all your needs including ATMs for cash with whether it's USD or Vietnamese dong. Definitely worth considering if staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Happy travels.

About 10 minutes slow amble down to Pub Street. Lots of little shops to look at enroute. A supermarket right next to the hotel, pricier than the one further down. The hotel itself is nicely laid out. Reception as you walk in, hotel restaurant to the left just before. Restaurant serves a small but adequate buffet (eggs, rice, noodles to order, croissants, pan au chocolate, breads, cereals, seasonal fruits, ham, cheese, coffee, water and fruit juice). Dinner paid at time of meal, drinks to order. Reception: staff polite, attentive, eager to please and no hard sell on any tours or hotel products. Pool: nice layout, decent size, pool towels available. Spa: given 2 free Khmer massages exchanged for 1 swedish massage at no cost. Spa clean, massage was thorough and pleasant. Gym: some free weights, fixed weights, stationary bike and 2 x treadmills. Lift: small but safe and functional. Rooms, very small space in wardobe, easier to put cases on surfaces and live out of them for a week. Cleaned everyday. Towels and bed linen changed everyday, bins emptied. Replenished toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc when required. Air con works well, a little noisy but you get used to it quickly. Laundry service: efficient, back on same day $3.50us per kg. All in all a lovely little place and very nice staff
The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance, making it very convenient to grab anything you need. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay (Theary, Dy, Lisa & Monie). Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth the price we paid, and we would happily stay here again!
Our room was prepped with rose petals for our honeymoon. It was near the highway so you could hear the vehicles, especially at night, when it is more quiet. But generally, we had a lovely stay. My husband and I loved staying there. Breakfast was so good, you can have eggs freshly cooked according to your liking. They also have local noodles which the staff can prep for you. The selection is heavenly as it is complete. Fruits, coffee, salad, cereals, juice, etc. One of their staff was also accommodating and connected with us. Which I find lovely, especially as someone who likes immersing in the culture.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Memoire D’Angkor Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out the staff were warm, attentive, & genuinely caring, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique style that blends comfort and elegance. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay after long days of exploring Angkor Wat. The location is perfect & close enough to Pub Street, markets, and major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Transport and tours were easy to arrange through the hotel.
