I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was not very pleasant.
One thing that surprised me was being charged $4 per day for parking a rented motorbike from an outside rental company. This was not something I expected and felt like an unnecessary extra charge.
The booking process was also frustrating. I was repeatedly asked about additional services and options that I had already clearly declined. Even after explaining multiple times during the reservation process, the same questions were asked again when I arrived for check-in.
While the staff were generally polite and the service was acceptable (around 6/10), the constant questioning made the experience uncomfortable and affected my overall impression of the hotel.
If you are looking for a relaxing trip without unnecessary hassle, you may want to think twice before booking here.
I came here to enjoy my vacation, not to repeatedly explain the same thing. The hotel should improve communication between the reservation and front desk teams to provide a smoother guest experience.
Attention to detail, great location (away from the loud clubs but close enough to walk to it, about a block away) and super nice staff! For example: We had music every morning during the breakfast buffet, I just wished the guy was in the breakfast area rather than the lobby.
One of the best hotel to stay in budget and their breakfast is good… if you request they will help you with vegetarian option as well.
The rooms are good and cleaned properly..the location is perfect to reach night market, pub street, riverside, etc
Probably one of the best hotels due to their location; Pub Street, The Night Market, clubs and bars around there. Just the perfect spot for a week stay in Siem Reap.
Just checked in and everything seems great! Friendly staffs, nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.

I stayed a couple of days at the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped. When arriving at the hotel I was welcomed by Kevin and he kept a good relationship during the entire stay. All of the staff was extremely friendly and you felt extremely well received as a customer.
The breakfast is good.
The location is a few minutes walk from pub street and night markets.
Overall I can recommend it
