Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa

My room is so spacious. So happened that I got upgraded with an extended room for my kids. Great value. My kids got to play in the pool. That d better If they got a life guard or spotter by the pool even there was less or few guests, but safety is important. Understood that the number of tourists dropped and the hotel needs to keep up. The location is just nice, on the main road, quite mid point to others. Maintaining better service and do little extra will definitely bring in more customers and keep the business lively. I will definitely come back.

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Every area was impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and satisfying, while the service was exceptional from start to finish. Our experience was so enjoyable that we decided to extend our stay for several more days. Every aspect of this hotel exceeded expectations, making it one of the finest hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Our group traveled to Cambodia and booked this hotel for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that we checked out after just one night and moved to another hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was not ready to receive guests. There was no proper welcome, the lobby was pitch dark, and we later learned that the property was undergoing renovations. It appeared that the hotel had been opened specifically for our group despite the renovation work still being in progress. The facilities were far below what was advertised. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the rooms uncomfortable, and the swimming pool was completely unavailable. As compensation, we were directed to a nearby resort, but that property was also in poor condition and did not provide an acceptable alternative. What was most frustrating was the way the situation was handled. There was a lack of transparency, poor communication, and very little effort to address the concerns raised by our group. Instead of finding proper solutions, we were left dealing with problems that should have been resolved before guests arrived. We had planned to spend three nights at this hotel, but the condition of the property and the inadequate response from management left us with no choice but to leave after the first night. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. If a hotel is under renovation and key facilities are unavailable, guests should be informed in advance and given the opportunity to make an informed decision. Our experience fell far short of expectations and was a major disappointment

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, and the wooden interiors give it an absolutely awesome and premium vibe. 🪵✨ Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. 🏊‍♂️👦👧 The rooms are incredibly spacious, exceptionally neat, and clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious with great variety. 🍲👌 What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommended for families! 🌟 Clapping hands emoji! 🙌
