Transfer From Falcone Borsellino Airport To Palermo Or Vice Versa

Everything was as described. Driver was pleasant and courteous. Glad we did this instead of a taxi. Thank you.

Clean vehicle! Nice personality and interactive!

Excellent service. Good communication and he was early. Very friendly and took us direct to the airbnb. Would use again.

Mauro is friendly and professional. Van for 6 very clean. Right on time. Highly recommend for travel after long intercontinental flight.

Don’t EVER book airport transfers through Viator. EVER. During this trip one of our confirmed transfers was canceled 3 times even after paying because the operators decided they could no longer take the ride. This happened up until 12 hours before one of the rescheduled transfers, leaving us in a bind as we were already en route and flying to the destination where we needed the hour long transfer. Viator does not care AT ALL about this. They were very dismissive and couldn’t care less. Additionally, this ride forced me to pay an extra charge the day of the transfer because it was an early departure. We were not advised of this before, during or after the booking that we paid for. This isn’t right and once again Viator didn’t care AT ALL. I have used Viator a lot over the years but will not be using them any more. The experiences during this trip with a number of bookings left a bad taste in my mouth, particularly with the indifferent attitude when I called multiple times to reschedule the canceled transfers. Get Your Guide will be getting my business in the future.

Our travel agent recommended Vito and we couldn't have been happier with his service. He was friendly, prompt and reasonable. His vehicle was immaculate and he was a very safe driver. We had four transfers and he communicated with us through WhatsApp. Our last pick up was 4:00 am to Airport, he sent Claudio and he was waiting to help with luggage. We would recommend his service to anyone!

Vito was a great driver. Prompt, helpfull with our luggage, and very accommodating to get us to the airport location we needed to be. Very recommended.

Vito and his team are amazing, very trustworthy and reliable. After many transports throughout Italy, I can say they are the best hands down. Very patient and kind, personable and just made the overall experience wonderful. We used Vito and his team for transports from the airport to our hotel/winery and then again from the hotel to our airbnb and then one more time from the airbnb to Palermo. Each time was better than the next. Don't hesitate to use Vito and his team for your transportation needs in Sicily-excellent service!! Wishing you all the best, Vito!!

Very prompt on the day and good communication beforehand! Even found better routes to avoid traffic etc and got us to our flight in great time.

Vito is exemplary! If I ever go to Sicily again, I would book with Vito.

Best! Vito and Rosario is molto simpatico and extremely helpful with high class communication Thanks for all the rides and tips during our 3. week visit to Sicily // Dennis with family

I was so pleased with this service. Our flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours and I was worried that we were too late for our driver. But Sergio reached out to let us know he was waiting outside at arrivals. He was very professional, car was great and his driving was perfect. We would definitely use again.

Great professional service. Vito is friendly, polite and reliable person. I highly recommend him and definitely contact him again next time.

Very way to book and communication with the driver via WhatsApp was excellent

Lovely air conditioned car, good communication with driver about pick up (and from service provider). Easy to book and transition from airport to apartment

Flexible and on time driver. Came ahead of my booking time and came with a smile in his face.

Excellent ride! Nice car and nice driver. Very easy to make appointments.

Great experienced driver, no issues and fast pickup. Recommend

He was very good driver and he was nice

Vito /dv transfers stepped in and collected me and my 3 children from the airport when our original transfer failed to turn up. Vito was friendly and polite and his vehicle was clean, exactly what you want in a private transfer. I would definitely recommend.

Dependable on time service with great communication every step of the way

Perfect for a family of 5 adults with 5 big suitcases and 5 carry on bags. The driver was there waiting for us.

Superb! Arrived as planned and gave us a smooth and easy ride to the airport. Really nice, cool and clean. Private car always a bit more expensive than bus or train, but when you are 4 persons or more it is worth it!

Completely professional. A very pleasant trip, I recommend it to everyone.

Very smooth transfer! I appreciated the calm and professional driver in the sometimes busy Palermo traffic.

Great experience with Vito. He was prompt and on time and the ride into Palermo was seamless. Highly recommend.

Received a text when landed to say driver was waiting which was reassuring. Was met by Vito our driver. Was so polite, helpful and showed us places of interest where we were staying. Would highly recommend. Driver was a gentleman

Great communication, kind and helpful driver. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner which made our first night easier!

Vito was amazing! He did a couple of private transfers for us from Palermo airport to mondello, Mondello to cefalu, and cefalu back to PMO very early in the morning. He was courteous, on time, and very nice. Do not hesitate to book with him!

We rented an air bnb in messina Palermo and the owner recommended this company for transfers to and from the airport. Vito kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and it was a pleasant air conditioned ride to our apartment. Polite and well mannered, priced reasonably. Highly recommended!!!!

Highly recommend using this transfer service from Palermo airport to Cefalu. Vito let us know where to meet ahead of time and the entire trip went smoothly. The car was very comfortable for a group of 4 who had a lot of luggage.

On time and reliable service. I would use again.

Arrived on time, had two child car seats installed and patiently waiting for us to get the children settled. Safe and fast driving, no complaints!

Friendly, efficient, professional service from the airport to our hotel in Cefalu. Waited patiently at the airport for us when there was a delay at passport control. Safe driver. Recommend.

Vito's professionalism and prompt assistance made my Palermo welcome amazing! The car was spacious and spotless. 🤩

It was a good trip, really nice people!

The experience was very Hood. The driver was polite and he drove safely.

Fantastic. Everything great. Super helpful driver. Will definitely book again.

Great experience. Our driver Vito got in touch with us days before our flight so we could communicate about any changes in our schedule reducing all worries. Our flight was delayed for 2 hours…No problem, Vito was there waiting for us. Highly recommended.

We used this car service three times during our trip in Sicily: from Catania airport to Taormina, Taormina to Cefalù, and Cefalù to Palermo Airport. Every ride was excellent. The driver was always punctual, the vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and the service was professional throughout. A special thank you for the assistance with our luggage, especially at Palermo Airport, where the driver helped us get our bags much closer to the check-in gate. That extra level of service was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable transportation in Sicily.

Great communication, lovely car and friendly service, a warm welcome to Palermo.

Vittorio communicated throughout until flight arrival and pickup from the airport and he was waiting at the airport. He communicates very well, pickup and drop off at the hotel was perfect. We highly recommend his service.

Vito's car is clean and comfortable. We had a lot of bags and we were able to fit in everything easily. Vito was punctual and we booked his services again during our trip in Palermo.

Vito, was very nice and personable. He drove us from the airport to Cefalu. Very safe driver and nice vehicle! Grazie Vito ! La Famiglia Sciacca

Amazing experience with Vito! Airport pickup was super easy and his car fit our ensure family and all all of our luggage. Highly recommend

Vito was amazing. Everything went very smoothly and he was very accommodating the entire day. Highly recommend his services.

If you have the chance to travel with Vito, don’t hesitate — he provides exceptional service. Highly recommended! He arrived on time welcomed us warmly, and was gracious and attentive throughout the entire drive. His professionalism and kindness made the journey smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.

BIG recommend for this taxi service. Great vehicle, amazing and polite driver as well as very easy and smooth communication. 👍🏻😊

Excellent service, so glad we booked this. Palermo is wonderful but chaotic so having a professional transfer was so worth it. Vito messaged us with updates on where to meet and his car and driving was excellent. Totally recommend.
