Syracuse And Ortygia And Park Neapolis Tuk-tuk Tour

Francesco was our tuk-tuk driver and tour guide on this very fun morning trip! He was professional yet friendly, warm, and funny. He was communicative on what to expect and where to meet him, asking for our preferences. We saw many of the historical attractions around Syracuse and Ortigia. The tuk tuk fit 3 adult women in the back - it was snug but doable and one of us could have fit in the front with him if need be. He picked up at the hotel and was open to dropping us off where we needed to go afterwards. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous way to see a lot of the City .Francesco was brilliant- very friendly, provided lots of interesting information about the various locations we visited. We got to see Ortegia ,Siracuse City and the Archeological Parks( 3 hour tour)....and we had time to look at the main attractions.

Our tour guide Francesco was phenomenal. He was so very knowledgeable and made our tour so enjoyable. His witty humor and passion for the history and monuments in Siracusa and Ortigia were evident. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to better understand and appreciate this beautiful Sicilian city.

This tour was so great. Francesco was amazing. Accommodated all of our needs, showed us all of the sites around old town the new town and the archaeological park. Definitely recommend this. It’s a great way to see all of the sights.

Great tour. Francisco our driver was wonderful! He gave a very good description of the sites in Italian, then it was translated into English. The translation was very clear and easy to hear and understand. He would then point out the specifics from the translation. Super easy to follow. The tuk tuk can get down all the small streets and alley ways to see all the sights.

We booked this tour to fill in the time that we had between arriving in Ortigia and hotel check-in time. And boy did we pick wisely. It was a wonderful afternoon. We saw sites we didn't even know existed and some that were definitely on our bucket list. But the real treat of the day was our guide Francesco. He was so knowledgeable and made the history come to life. It was a truly wonderful introduction to Ortigia/Syracuse. I highly recommend it. P S. Ask for Francesco. 😊

We booked this tour last minute and feel so lucky that we did! We were a family of four with two young children. Marco was our driver and was super patient, understanding and considerate. We signed up for a 3 hour tour but since we took more time (due to young children) we extended by an extra hour for an additional fee, which was worthwhile. We felt that this is the best and only way to see Siracusa and Ortygia. We made multiple stops along the way and saw various sights that we would not have done so on our own. The archaeological park was a highlight and we spent an hour there. Marco explained the sights well and also supplemented with Google translate explanations over a speaker. He played some Italian music at appropriate moments which our family enjoyed. He took many group photos for us which were priceless and memorable. We highly recommend this tour as the perfect way to see Siracusa and Ortygia in one day! :)

We were 8 people - booked 3 tuk tuks - very professional and easy to book and on time. It was a great way to see a large portion of town in a sort period of time. I loved having time at the Archelogical Park. The narration during the tour is in Italian but with a speaker that translates to English. Highly recommend

You could truly feel how proud he is of his city, and that passion made us appreciate and love it even more. Francesco was very prepared and accommodating to our group throughout the day. We had a great time in the Tuk Tuk! Our guide was very so nice, very knowledgeable, and the tour was in perfect english so no issue with understanding the history. Siracusa is a very walkable city but we saved so much time zooming around in the car. Besides seeing the sights, it gave us a good foundation of the city that has helped us navigate it afterwards.

Massimo was friendly & accommodating. While he spoke very little English, he communicated well with the translation app & was able to provide pre-recorded information on all of the historical sites. On top of that, his tuk tuk was the best looking of any that we saw!

What a fun, easy and informative way to get around to key sights in the old city of Ortigia, the new city of Syracuse and to get to the Archaeological Park. Our driver was keen to make sure we had a great experience. He spoke in Italian for his information and his audio system instantly translated into English. The tuk tuk went down some narrow alleys and on other streets. We stopped for 10 minutes in a few spots plus for 1 hour at the beautiful ruins.

Did a 3hr tour, was well worth doing, our guide Francesco was very friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything as we past by, plenty of stops for closer look at things along the way, more padding in the seats would be good, all up, it was a great experience

It is a very nice experience, our guide Francesco was very kind. He spoke Italian and we spoke Spanish, but he used a translator through a speaker that the car had and we understood everything perfectly! I recommend it!!!!
