Martino arrived on time, helped us with our luggages. Drive very professional and provided us bottled waters as included with this booking. In all other transfer booking, no water were provided. Martino is very knowledgeable with regards to our stops and transfer.

His English was excellent, and he was great about explaining the area and customs to us. We can’t wait to come back to this area and visit again. We didn’t book a long enough trip to Taormina. Excellent experience and would highly recommend! We had a 2 hour stop in Cefalù on our way from Taormina to Palermo and it was perfect! Our driver was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional.

Our driver Joseph was just amazing. He picked us up on time and was very friendly. We encountered some heavy traffic going into Palermo and he handled it like a pro. I would recommend this trip to someone who needs to transfer between Taurmino and Palermo. Joseph spoke very good English and provided us with some interesting information about Sicily.
The driver was 30 minutes late, had to call number on voucher to check on him. When he arrived there was no apology for being late and didn’t say anything but took the bags. Nothing was said while traveling unless direct question was asked, then sometimes didn’t know answer which was about the countryside, etc.. Spoke almost no English and we had to try and think of different words for what we were asking or use a kind of sign language. Not luxury car or driver, just a regular Catania Taxi Van. Certainly not worth $592.70 US dollar. Worse than most NY drivers if you’ve ever encountered some of them. Will never use this service again. Very disappointing.
