Private Transfer From Catania Airport To Taormina Or Vice Versa

Three of us are going to Taormina and needed a car to drive us to the Catania airport when we were ready to leave. I booked a service on another travel site and the operator never responded to some important questions so I cancelled the booking. I then reserved this operator and sent an email asking questions about pick up time and the operator responded immediately. I would highly recommend this operator and trust the service they provide.

Francesco met us just outside baggage claim with a sign bearing our name. He helped us with our luggage to his nice clean minivan. As we made our way in heavy traffic from Catania, Francesco pointed out interesting sights and information. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend him.

Excellent driver and car was perfect! It is very difficult to drive anywhere but our driver got us very close to hotel. He was constantly in communication with us so we could find him at the Airport.

The day prior to our departure, I reached out to the company to ask that they ensure the vehicle that would be used to transport us from our hotel to the airport is able to comfortably fit our three large luggages and two small carry-ons (luggage/bag). Not only did I receive a response within the hour, but also a reassurance that a van will be used to transport us to the airport. Our driver was punctual and professional. The vehicle used to transport us was a Mercedes Benz van, which was clean and spacious. Our ride to the airport was nice, smooth, and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this transportation service without hesitation! Great service!

Alessandro was a superb driver! He met us exactly where he described at the airport. The car was very clean, comfortable, and water was provided. And Alessandro even pointed out landmarks / towns along the way. Would absolutely use this service again.

Our driver, Alessandro, was punctual, personable, and professional. Alessandro drove a Mercedes E-class and we arrived with 3 luggages and 2 carry-ons…he was able to fit them in the car, while still allowing for my husband and I to be very comfortable.

Francesco was on time. He offered to take our bags offered cold water on a hot day and cooled the car down for us before we even left. The trip was fast and efficient and he was great at helping us figure out dinner options too. The car was clean and new and very comfortable Highly recommend !

Our flight was delayed so the driver charged me €50 late fee. The car was very nice but we were not offered the amenities described (water, wifi, etc.). It was a disappointing end to a long series of flights but I will know better on the future.

After reading the reviews for the Private airport transfers provided by Sicily NCC we booked a car from Catania to Taormina. Our driver was fantastic - waiting for us outside of baggage claim and whisked us off to our hotel in Taormina. It made the end of a long day of travel very comfortable. Two days later we contacted the company asking if they could arrange custom transport from Taormina to Ortigia. On such short notice they had Leo pick us up in our hotel and get us to our next destination right on time. Great service at very fair prices. Can’t say enough good things about this company!
