Private Tour Taormina, Savoca And Castelmola. Departure From Messina

I would give it 4 stars if the driver could speak English. He did his best and used a translator app on his phone, but it was difficult to communicate well. If I did it again I'd get the guide because our driver didn't tell us a whole lot about what we were seeing. Overall the day was pleasant. Castelmola is not really worth the extra time. It's a really small town with just shopping a some restaurants. Our driver recommended a restaurant in Taormina that turned out to be really expensive and it took way too long so we didn't even get to look around that town.

Only a taxi service. Our requested tour guide was a driver did not speak English. Godfather bar was a huge disappointment. Wouldn’t let us in to tour unless sit eat and drink. Riding no tour or instruction on where to go due to language barrier.

What a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our guide Ciccio was amazing, He went over and above to make it a Great experience for the entire Family! Would book him again if I ever get the chance!!

We saw beautiful scenery and enjoyed the restaurant. Our driver very nice however wish he had been more proficient in English.

An amazing tour through stunning coastal and mountainous routes to beautiful towns, viewing sites and historical locations. Our guide, Ciccio, was excellent and went to a lot of trouble to get us to the different places in the tour and to explain the places to us. He also took us to an amazing restaurant for a light lunch, Turrisi, in Castelmola. Tried local dishes and drinks suggested by Ciccio. The tour ended at the Duomo in Messina which is beautiful too. Thanks to Ciccio and to the tour company for a fantastic day.

Savoca, Toarmina and Messina tour - we had a fabulous day with Carmello, a young and very friendly driver who was flexible to our needs. We unfortunately could not book via any apps as we are a family of 3, and tours could only be booked for a minimum of 6 people. I reached out via WhatsApp and the owner offered us a car and we ended up having a private tour at a reasonable price. Many thanks to Pellegrino services for accommodating our request and also the special treat that was given to us at the end of the tour. It was a special day.

Everyone in our group of 11 enjoyed this excursion immensely! They sent a van and a sedan for our group. I especially appreciate that they proactively texted me the morning of the excursion to inform the group the exact location of meeting point (I booked through Get Your Guide). Ciccio and his boss coordinated the trip well, driving us around & taking pictures for the group. Very friendly and warm. We highly recommend their service!

Our driver, Francesco met us near the cruise port with a comfortable air conditioned van that could hold 8 guests. From that moment on, we had a perfect day. Francesco, first of all, is an excellent driver. He took us up mountains and down mountains to our various stops, and we were never nervous. He is friendly and knowledgeable, engaging and encouraging. Time flew by on our three stops and before you know it, we were back only a short distance from our ship after a day that we will remember forever and a new friend in Sicily!

Our driver/guide, Francesco, was absolutely fantastic. The itinerary was good and we were given plenty of time in each place. Francesco went above and beyond to make the day memorable and pleasant for us, as well as pointing out places in the towns we would have missed if not for his suggestions. We saw a lot of the Sicily countryside on the journey to the three towns. Our van for 8 people was comfortable and we loved being in a small group. I highly recommend this tour!

Incredible trip with so many memorable moments - the ride up the hill in Savoca, the church carved out of the rock, and Mount Etna in the background. Paolo was very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting features we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. Highly recommend!

Santino was amazing. He was not pushy when selling us the trip. He sang amazing as we drove. He took us to the most picturesque places . We felt like good friends when the trip was over. Thank you Santino you wet our appetite to come back and stay for a week. Grazie Santino

Driving up to the Church were Michael Corleone got married at the top of the hill on a motorcycle that held 5 people. Also going to Bar Vittele where Michael met his future bride’s father.

Although John Franco was a very friendly guy, he spoke little English so communication was difficult. Please be aware this is only transportation from port to 3 stops. That is all. In addition, we were taken to his friend’s restaurant at the end of the tour and forced to buy 150 euros of food that we did NOT order, even after we told John Franco several times that we did NOT want to eat. I would not recommend this tour.

The scenery was breathtaking!! Buying fresh hot bread snd cheese in Savoca and eating in the van on our way to Taormia! Make time for the Greek theater there is a line and have to buy tickets for admission. Tour guy Joseph saved the day by turning our van around as we were heading for our ship as one of the girls left her wallet at a café!! wallet was recovered, and we made it to a Port on time!! Brush up on your Italian, as we had a little bit of a language barrier. The complementary dessert at the end was delicious.!!!

Amazing tour in the company of Santino! It was heartwarming how he treated my family as his own. Santino was so helpful with my aunt that was in an electrical scooter. The tour was FANTASTIC! So many beautiful views, restaurants and people. A tour with Santino is a MUST, if you ever come to Sicily!

6 women on holiday for one day in Sicily. We met Santino at Port and spent the day with him. Friendly and polite, he spoke about all interests of ours, Messina's history, culture, buildings and people. Then we moved on to Savoca, the "Godfather"town and introduced us to an artist in ironworks and others natural items. Santino was a fun guide all day. Best of all, he got us to the beautiful Taormina beach. Santino is wonderful.

We had a wonderful day in the Sicily region with our amazing guide Santino. I highly recommend this tour!

Do not hesitate , we were delighted with our turn much less than our cruiser MSC , we had GIUSEPPE as driver , a very friendly and smiling man very kind and especially he drove very well!
