Chat gpt recommended them. We had an all day tour by driver Giovanni, who took us to all his favorite beautiful spots so I could take pictures as I am a photographer. It was just a very fun day spending time with our new friend who was so accommodating to all of our needs. He dropped us off, gave us plenty of time, sent us to a fabulous restaurant and we just had the best day getting to know Sicily. We never would’ve been able to do this without a guide. He drove expertly through very difficult narrow windy streets thank you very much for such a great day.

Ghazal was an outstanding tour guide! She was very knowledgeable about the area, recommended places to visit while we enjoyed time on our own in Taormina and Isola Bella, and accommodated all of our requests while touring. Daniel was an excellent drive, especially on the narrow and twisting roads leading to and from Taormina and Castelmola. The villages and views are stunning and the shops at Toarmina have so many nice things to offer. We enjoyed some local treats too, like arancini and cannoli, based on Ghazal's recommendations. It was also a pleasure to have a private tour so that we could dictate how much time was spent in a particular place. One watch out - the beach at Isola Bella is mostly rocks that are very slippery in the first 1-2 meters in the water. Rubber soled beach shoes are recommended. If not, be prepared to crawl into the water.

Our driver Daniele was amazing. He was very flexible, accommodating and gave us a proper tour of the sites. Very pleasant and kind and most importantly a skilled driver on those narrow roads! Would definitely book again!

Outstanding! Our driver Bruno was the best! Aged 14-42 we all had the best time. He made the itinerary work for us and we added and changed things to suit the weather. The van was new and very comfortable. We were picked up from the ship on time and returned with time to spare. We saw some beautiful towns and visited Isola Bella beach for a swim. No doubt when we are back we will book with this company again.

My wife and I booked a private tour a couple months before our cruise for Messina Sicily. It just seems silly to be part of a large tour group where you are crowded on a bus and restricted to time and what you can see. We had 1st class service from our driver Daniel, and tour guide Ghazal for the entire day. They took us to so many great places, and a wonderful restaurant for lunch with an unbelievable view. On top of all this we were in charge of our day and what we wanted to do. No doubt we were able to get in 2 days worth of touring vs a group tour. HIGHLY recommend booking a private tour when you are in Messini Sicily Italy!!

From the start of our trip, the company was very thorough in answering our questions and quick to respond. We have never been to Messina and didn’t know what to do while we docked from our cruise. This company was recommended by our friend in Canada who used their services as well. The van was very comfortable, our guides, Antonio and Daniele were great! We were able to see so much within our 6.5 hour tour. Our teenagers were impressed by the service. We will never forgot our time with you all. All of our photos that we took were better than we could have dreamed. We loved that we could choose music to sing to on the way back. -from your new Canadian friends!

My family and I spent a whole day in Sicily with Daniele, our driver, who took care of advising us on the most beautiful places to visit with the best locations. If we were to return we will definitely contact him again. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide for Taormina a d Castelmola was excellent. But we never made it to Isola Bella which was supposed to be included in the tour. And the experience with the driver was awful! He drove very fast on these crazy streets and because of this, he had to slam on his brakes. The bench seat we were sitting in was NOT locked into place and we were sent catapulting into the row in front of us. One passenger ended up with a few minor cuts and scratches, but the driver showed no care that the passenger was hurt. I do not want to take away from the tour guide, but the whole experience left a sour taste.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. We arrived at our prescribed meeting time and were greeted by what we thought was our guide. She was not local to the area, or country, region, even. She walked us around a church 200 yards from the port and could not provide any useful information whatsoever. She was having to use a map on her phone to navigate around the church. It took one hour to navigate the church perimeter and inside of the church. Our guide did not accompany us into the church so we could only look. Zero information. I was sending messages to the tour operator letting them know our unpleasant experience and he assured us things would get better. We sat for about an hour waiting for our van to arrive. So, we wasted 2 hours of our 8 hour window sitting 200 yards from our ship. We then went to Taoromina and things got better. Danielle was our driver and walked us through Taoromino and set up a lunch spot for us. All was good and we thought the day could still be salvaged. He then took us to Isola Bella and dropped us off 500’ past the entrance so we had to walk in the narrow street back to the stairs. The tour says entry to Isola Bella was included. It was not. Another $30 Euros. He did not accompany us and said to call him and he would be back in 20 minutes. We spent about 45 minutes there and called him to come pick us up. It took over an hour for him to make it. We were getting very close to missing our ship departure. We had a taxi ready when he finally arrived. He drove us back to the port. No AC in the rear of the van. It was easily 90 degrees in the back. We never even made it to Castelmola. By far our worst tour yet. Another reviewer mentioned it was not a tour, but more like a taxi. We paid way too much for a “private TOUR” to have this experience. Find another option is my best advice.

We were immediately met at our ship by Ghazel and taken to our car driven by Daniel. They both were very friendly and helpful. Daniel is a great driver—I’m glad I didn’t have to navigate that traffic! Ghazel was full of great information and helped educate us on the history and significance of each place we visited. She walked with us, steering us away from tourist ripoffs and toward interesting attractions and restaurants. Our last visit was to a shop where they treated my wife and I to gelato—it was great! We are so happy we did this tour!

We had a great tour with Ghazan and Daniele! We were me were met promptly at the pier in a very comfortable van. The drive to Taormina was scenic. We had ample time to explore the streets and photo ops at the scenic overlooks. We then headed up the mountain to Castlemola for a great view of Mount Etna and a delicious lunch. We then returned to Messina to see the Astrological Clock and the Duomo with delicious local cannoli. I would highly recommend this tour!!

We very much enjoyed our time with Angelina and Franchesco. They took us to Taormina which was beautiful. We had a lot of time to enjoy it's beauty. They explained alot about Scilily and showed us many other beautiful sites. Then we were taken to a beautiful spot for an amazing lunch with an unbelievably view and delicious cannoli. We very much enjoyed our tour and would recommend them for anyone who plans on traveling to scicily!

Our family at five had a blast. Do not skip the view from the theater in Taormina. Quite possibly the best view of our vacation. Eat at a restaurant overlooking Issola Bella looking right at the White Lotus beach.

This was a great tour when we were in Messina from our cruise. The tour coordinator scheduled everything and communication was excellent over whatsapp. Everything went very smooth the private Mercedes for my husband and i was very nice. They made us a reservation for lunch at one of the stops. Food was excellent. A little more pricey than the other restaurants I dined at in Europe but it had great views and service was also great. Would recommend

Daniel was wonderful. I travel with my best friend and our families First we went to Taormina to explore the city, we had time to shop. Then to Castelmolla with a spectacular view and he took us to eat at Isola bella, beautiful. He was very friendly and very talkative. I recommend was excellent. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is NOT a tour in fact it's a private driver who doesn't speak English who chauffeurs you around to the cities and drops you off and then picks you up.

We had a great private tour of Taormina, Castelmola and Isola Bella. Although our driver had limited English it did not spoil our day at all. He was a very good driver, lots of fun and was able to communicate sufficiently so we knew where we were going etc. In addition to the driver, Daniele was a great organiser and kept in contact with us the whole day and met us at each stop. He also organised a wonderful restaurant overlooking Isola Bella which was fantastic. We were even given enough time for a swim there. They also ensured we returned to the ship in plenty of time. I can't wait to go back to Sicily - I highly recommend this tour and the locations.

This is NOT a tour, this is a private driver who doesn't speak English. He picks you up at the port, takes you to each of the 3 towns, drops you off and tells you when he'll be back. We basically walked down the streets and shopped not knowing the significance of the places we went. He was nice and made us reservations for lunch.  It was good but expensive, about 30 euros per person. Don't get me wrong, the driver, Tony, was nice but was a glorified taxi driver. It's NOT worth the $73 per person. ($510.00 total). We could have taken the train of we wanted a self guided tour.

This trip was very enjoyable, however, the driver was not fluent in English. It was explained later that we did not hire a “guide”. The driver was very nice though and we had a good time.

My wife and I with 4 kids were cruising on NCL ship and asked Daniele for a tour. We did not know him before, just googled for tour. It was our best tour and felt safe and well served. Highly recommended for your tour in Sicily. Thank you Daniele.

Our group consisted of 7 adults. Daniele was our driver/ guide who mede this visit to Messina an absolute joy. The lunch at Il Gabbiano was very good, the view was priceless!

Our tour organiser Daniele was very easy to contact and find when coming out of the port. Our driver was Antonio and a local, he took us to some beautiful locations like Isola Bella and then to a beautiful little town without cars Taormina where we had an amazing lunch. We had a group of 5 including my children 20 and 22 and everyone loved this tour, it’s suitable for all ages. A great way to see a little bit of Sicily.

Giovanni was our guide in Messina, we were a little uncertain in the times available but Giovanni to made the tur very comfortable in the times available thanks to the next.
