We first used Drive around Sicily in 2024 and the owner Alex drove us around the Island. He was informative, the service was impeccable and we could not have asked for more. In 2026 we planned our own vacation based out of Ortigia, Alex was so helpful with any questions or issues in the planning process and made everything work seamlessly. When we arrived, we had Francesco for our driver and luckily he was assigned to us throughout our three week stay. Francesco was always on time, always informative and would go the extra mile to make our trip exceptional. I can truly say I have never had a better experience with a business in my life, Alex and his father have a gem of a company and I would highly recommend using their services. He also provides tours in little fiats!

Francesco was my driver and he was excellent! Friendly, attentive, courteous. I had left my mobile phone in the car. As I stepped up to the airline check in counter that’s when I realized I did not have my phone. When I started to panic… here comes Francesco with my phone! He not only checked the car before he drove away, he also remembered which airline I was flying and quickly found me! Honestly could not have asked for better service!!

Francesco, Alfredo and Alex drove my family to various activities in Noto and its surrounding countryside for a week. They were so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Alex and his team were excellent! We had a group of 17 people, and they were always on time with 3 beautiful, clean Mercedes cars. They shuttled us all over Sicily for the week, including airport transfers. The drivers were talented, cautious and very friendly. Over a period of three days, Francesca drove us from Taormina to Siracusa and surrounding cities and to the airport in Catania. He was reliable, professional and pleasant. He spoke English. The van was spotlessly clean. He provided water. Excellent driver. Would highly recommend.

This car service was amazing. He took us from Siracusa to Noto, Ragusa and Marzamemi and finally Agregento. The driver spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable. The luxury vehicle provided a charger cord, beverages, and sanitizer. He actually provided a mini tour everywhere we went. I would highly recommend this car service.

For a holiday we asked through VOI Hotels for a return transfer from Catania Fontanarossa airport to the VOI Arenella Resort village in Syracuse. First of all, I wanted to praise the maximum punctuality and ease in finding the driver upon arrival at the airport. Waiting for us was the driver Francesco, who immediately helped us with great kindness to carry our luggage to the car, a modern and comfortable Mercedes. Much appreciated was the delivery of a pack of fresh water each. But even more appreciated (especially by my wife who suffers from the car) was the quiet and tear-free driving. For the return from the village to the airport we had Francesco again, who proved more and more kind and helpful accompanying us to the car rental area, as we requested. We have been using NCC services for years now, but perhaps this was the most professional service we have used. VOTE: 10 e lode!
