Palermo Sicilian Cooking Class With Market Tour Or Pasta & Gelato

This was fun and tasty. A nice 3 hour experience. I would do it again!

The instructors were very friendly and the accommodations and overall experience was exceptional. Every bit worth the money.. at a wellness we left with the recipes and more!

An inspirational experience which has inspired us to be able to cook Sicilian dishes at home. The highlight of our trip. Our chef was highly knowledgeable and provided us with insight and inspiration for the rest of our stay in Palermo.

We had such a great time, and we also learned a few things about pasta making we did not know, same with the 2 sauces. The Gelato demo was great, it seems dangerously easy now to make at home on regular basis. Thank you an afternoon well spent!

Incredible experience! We all had so much fun cooking our food and learning from the chef! The cooking room was spacious and we never felt like we were too crowded. We also enjoyed the trip to the market with food sampling. Would definitely recommend no matter what cooking experience you have!

We started the class of making the rice for Aaron Cini the sauce for the Norma and the cannoli shouts. We went to the cuppa market and hadsome snack snacks and come back and rolled the pasta filled the canola and made the rest of the sauce. it was an amazing experience. Will recommend it to everyone.

Salvatore made this cooking class an absolute highlight of our trip to Palermo! My son Viktor was completely won over by him from the start, and honestly, so was I. He's funny, he sings while he cooks, and he clearly loves what he does — you can feel it in every dish. The food was outstanding, and the market tour taught us so much about local ingredients and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. Salvatore isn't just a great chef, he's a true entertainer and a wonderful host. Highly, highly recommend — one of the best experiences of our whole trip!"

A great morning cooking some Sicilian dishes. Salvo our chef was informative and great fun. A walk along the market with some food tastings was also very enjoyable.

We had such a fantastic time at this cooking class! The chefs were absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun. They created such a relaxed atmosphere and made the whole experience feel like we were cooking with friends. What we loved most was how hands-on the class was. We didn't just watch the chefs—we actually got to make our own pasta dough, roll it out and shape our own pasta, make our own arancine, and even roll our own cannolo. Being able to make everything ourselves made the experience so much more memorable, and of course, everything we made was delicious! The class had around 20 people, but the group was divided into smaller groups of about 10 when we went to the market with the chefs. That made the market experience much more personal and gave us plenty of opportunity to interact with the chef, ask questions, and learn about the local ingredients and Sicilian food. The entire experience was fun from start to finish, and we loved getting to learn about Sicilian food while actually getting our hands dirty and making it ourselves. The food, the chefs, the atmosphere, and the hands-on experience all made this one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. If you're visiting Sicily and looking for a cooking class where you actually get to participate rather than just watch, we highly recommend this one. Come hungry—you'll definitely leave happy!

We really enjoyed the Pasta & Gelato cooking class. The two chefs were fantastic — fun, entertaining and very engaging. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the time just flew by. We had a lot of fun, learned something new and, of course, enjoyed some delicious food. A great experience that we would definitely recommend when visiting Palermo!

We had a nice day (9-14 o‘clock) with good food, interesting facts about Sicilia and our very kind chef Salvo. We were a group of 4 persons, cooked Arancinos, Pasta alla norma and Cannoli. In addition, we visited the Capo market and had a small food tasting. The Meeting Point was easy to find. Thank you for the great experience :)

Got to make Sicilian specialties for a delicious and filling lunch. Also visited nearby market and tasted street food. Chef Marcello was engaging, charming, and fun. A must do Palermo experience!

We had a wonderful last day in Palermo. Frederico and Marcelo, the Chefs, were everything we could ask for - funny, professional and Italian! I would recommend this experience to everyone I know. If you are in Palermo, you should definitely go and make your own tagliatelle, ravioli and gelato! 15/10 experience 🤩.
