Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request, with delicious traditional dishes such as Pasta alla Norma, Parmigiana di melanzane, vegetable timballo, cauliflower meatballs, and other plant-based Sicilian specialties. After cooking, sit down together on the terrace to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, paired with generous servings of Sicilian wine. My husband and I are now convinced every vacation moving forward will require a cooking class in a local's home. The food was delicious, vibes were spectacular, and wine was flowing. Highly recommend!

Fulvio was great. Orange Chicken, Canazzo, Tiramisu- helped prepare it and ate the delicious food. Visited with other participants- Eddie, Gabriella and Hayqxia. Was loads of fun.
What an interesting and fun evening! We had ample wine, delicious food and wonderful company. Fulvio was entertaining and knowledgeable. We learned about some history, cooking tips, and had great conversation in general.... and the background music was great! It was a wonderful evening!
From the moment we met Fulvio who greeted us outside of his apartment ( because he could see us looking for his entrance;) he was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Loved going to the nearby market to see all the fresh produce and goods and picking up some of our fresh ingredients. Easy walk back to his apartment where he welcomed us into his tasteful apartment with amazing views and warm atmosphere. The entire afternoon was lovely with our choice of music and active participation in preparing a 4 course meal with dessert, including spritz’s and wine (generously poured)! Food was delicious and catered to our liking even for our non seafood eater. Would highly recommend. Feel we have made a friend in Sicily and can’t wait to see Fulvio in our future visits!! Highly recommend. A highlight of our visit to Palermo for sure!!
An authentic and amazing food experience in Palermo! Fulvio was a gracious host and introduced the flavours of Sicily and Palermo to us, the fresh fish and wine were exceptional. Also some fantástico 🎶 music too‼️
This was my first ever private cooking experience with my best friend. We immediately felt so warm and welcomed in Fulvio’s home. The view from his terrace was amazing and his house was welcoming. He gave us some history of the area and Italy itself which paired well with the cooking. The meals were to die for. A once in a lifetime experience! Will absolutely be booking again the next time I go back :)
Our family of 14 people enjoyed this experience with Fulvio and his team at the start of our 10 day European vacation. It was one of the more memorable and enjoyable parts of our trip. We were able to spend time together while cooking, drinking wine, and eating at a very authentic Palermo location. Fulvio and his team were wonderful. Highly recommend.
This is review is written for my sister who is computer challenged so I'm writing the review for her. My sister, her daughter, a cousin and her daughter traveled to Palermo and a day with Fulvio was one of their most memorable experiences. The food market tour was excellent: fun times spent picking out fresh produce and seafood to cook later that day with primo chef Fulvio! All dishes were delicious, but the most fun was cooking, drinking and generally enjoying time with the effervescent Fulvio. ONE HUNDRED percent recommend this experience, you will not be disappointed. Ciao!
We spent a delightful evening helping to prepare a traditional Sicilian dinner with Fulvio, who is a wonderful ambassador of Sicilian culture. The prosecco and conversation were flowing, and the meal was outstanding. Tuna, in season, was seasoned with fresh garlic and mint. It was beyond tender and flavorful. We learned how to make passata using oh-so-fresh tomatoes, and more. We knew about Fulvio’s tours from our travel mates who had been with him on a previous trip. This says it all—retuning, happy, satisfied guests! We were welcomed to Fulvio’s beautiful home with fabulous views, and as this was our last night in Palermo, it made it even more special. A memory to last forever!
My experience with Fulvio and the cooking class was more than I had expected! I loved going into the market and seeing how he bought food what was available. Everything was fresh from the market that we cooked and ate. Definitely a highlight of my stay in Palermo.
My favorite part was seeing my adult children helping to cook the meal! It was fantastic to see how simple each recipe was and how easy it would be to recreate these delicious foods at home. It was our first full day in Sicily and it was beyond fantastic! Fulvio is so much fun and so welcoming. The views from his kitchen balcony were incredible and the memories made will last forever. The whole experience was above and beyond all my expectations. The food market tour was the best because it was very local and authentic, unlike the bigger markets we saw along the rest of our vacation. It was a peek into authentic Sicilian life. Fulvio's passion for cooking, entertaining and the Sicilian way of life was palpable. If in Palermo this is a "must do" experience!
This was an Absolutely Amazing Authentic Experience. Our host made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We walked a few blocks got some great Italian bread and went back and learned how to make Eggplant Parmesan, real Italian red sauce, pasta, sea bass and tiramisu. I would highly recommend booking this cooking class.
This was such a great experience! It was a joy to cook with the Fulvio and the sous chef, you could tell that they really enjoy what they do and they were super fun! They played great music and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was us and another couple and they welcomed us both. Would definitely recommend you arrive with an empty stomach, we ate so much great food!
Meeting Fulvio was the best part of our Palermo experience. I can’t thank him enough for such a beautiful time, listening to great music and make delicious food. Fulvio welcomed us with open arms and showed us the best food the city of Palermo has to offer. He gave us a great tour around the city and also did a cooking class for us that left us real full 😋 I appreciated the hospitality Fulvio has to offer and would definitely recommend anyone who stops in Palermo to take a tour with him as it is a great experience!!
This cooking class was excellent and was above and beyond any expectations. Fulvio was very knowledgeable about what he was showing us how to cook and made it fun.This stop was the most memorable part of our trip. We had dinner with Fulvio at his apartment with his sous chef Mauritzio. It was a really fun evening with lots of good food, wine and music! Fried little red mullet was delicious, though we couldn't take any credit for cooking that one...Learnt so much about Palermo food ...black lentils from Etna... Fulvio is a charming, considerate and entertaining host and looked after us very well.
The chef is a really welcoming and nice guy. Had a lovely stay there. From the kitchen you can see Palermo’s beautiful hill and the see. Beautiful scenery. Good wine, good food. Good music. I can totally recommend :)
This was an incredible experience! Fulvio took his time bringing us to the market and explaining local ingredients and tradition. He is knowledgeable about local history. This was our favorite day in Sicily! Fulvio kept us entertained and more than satisfied with the delicious food we made together. He is truly an expert and I highly recommend this experience!!
My boyfriend booked a cooking class with Fulvio as a surprise birthday gift. I really didn’t know what to expect, but the whole experience exceeded anything I could have imagined! We met Fulvio in the morning at a cute local market (make sure to get some locally produced honey!) and left way after past lunch time. Fulvio and Luca made us feel so welcomed and not only was the food amazing and we got so many valuable tips, but it felt like spending the afternoon with a dear friend, drinking delicious wine and preparing an outstanding 3 course meal. Fulvio‘s passion for hosting and his love for Sicily and Palermo are contagious and we will remember this very special experience for many years to come - especially every time we cook a salt crusted fish or the delicious pasta a lá Norma. Fulvio was truly knowledgeable, hospitable, funny and generous. He made us feel welcomed in his home. A true professional. Him and his assistants helped us successfully prepare an amazing for course meal! He also set the atmosphere with music. The shopping experience was pretty cool too.
