Palermo Half Day Boat Tour With Palermo Experiences

The boat is lovely and staff were friendly. However, the propeller of our boat got caught in a fishing net and we were stuck until they arranged for their other smaller 7 person boat to come and tow us back. This was an unpleasant and dangerous experience and should have been handled differently either through involvement of the coastguard or to use the smaller boat to take us back in turns. The team on board spoke minimal English and communication was poor. We got back safely an hour and a half late which we are grateful for but the journey back was fraught with danger and we came close to having an accident that could have resulted in loss of life and limb.

We had an absolutely fantastic afternoon out on the water with Angela and Alberto on the **Palermo Half Day Boat Tour with Palermo Experiences ** From start to finish, it was such a fun, relaxed experience and a wonderful way to see the beautiful Sicilian coastline. We met the crew at the pier and were introduced to the other guests joining us for the afternoon. Everyone was friendly, the conversation flowed, and there was plenty of laughter as we set off along the coast. We visited several beautiful spots, including gorgeous stretches of the Mediterranean where we could jump in for a swim and enjoy the incredibly clear water. Snorkelling masks and equipment were provided, so there was no need to bring anything along except your swimmers, beach towel and a sense of adventure. After all that swimming, it was time to relax, enjoy a beer or soft drink and tuck into some delicious local food. The food was a lovely surprise and much more than we expected. But the highlight had to be Alberto making us fresh, beautiful cannoli ! What a way to finish a fabulous afternoon ! Angela and Alberto were wonderful hosts — welcoming, friendly and full of personality. They made everyone feel comfortable and included, creating a lovely atmosphere on board that felt more like spending an afternoon with friends than being on a typical tourist excursion. After four very enjoyable hours, we returned to the Palermo pier, wishing the afternoon could have lasted a little longer! We highly recommend this tour. If you’re visiting Palermo and want a combination of beautiful scenery, swimming in the Mediterranean, delicious Sicilian food and genuinely lovely people, this is a must-do. Just don’t skip the cannoli 😁

We had the best time touring Palermo with our guides! This is a family owned and operated business and they are extremely knowledgable about Palermo and the overall experience was amazing. They served traditional Sicilian cuisine specific to Palermo and took us to snorkel in beautiful blue water before exploring a local cave area. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone! It was me, my fiancé and my parents - perfect for us 4 and everyone on the boat was extremely friendly.

This was the first boat tour i did with multiple groups. Enjoyed getting to meet new people, and the staff was great. From the knowledge of the area, the snacks and drinks, to the time out in the water. Only thing i missed was the "bring your own towels" disclaimer. Make sure you bring one with you!

We loved our 4 hour boat trip along the Palermo Coast on the Lady Grace. We swam in Mondello Bay where the water was crystal clear and the weather was perfect. The snacks (arancina, pizza, etc.) were yummy and the cannolo was perfect! Grazie mille Alberto!

Great way to spend the morning on a boat with beautiful views all around. Food was excellent and drink provided. Family run business and these people go out of there way to be helpful.

This was such an amazing trip. The boat was perfect with a small group of about 14 people. The food was amazing. We had plenty of time in the perfect sea water. The experience at Queens Cave was very special. Sipping my Aperol Spritz, cruising along with perfect music brought happy tears to my eyes. I highly recommend this experience

The boat ride with Angela was just what we were looking for. Cocktails, sun water and some great Sicilian treats to go with it. We got plenty of time in water to snorkel and swim. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was they were not very with my disability. I don't know the ADA laws in Italy. All in All great experience

This was such a great experience for our last day in Palermo! We especially loved that this is a family-run business. We actually wish they advertised this more because it really makes them stand out, and we would choose a family-owned business any day. The hosts were so welcoming, kind, and responsive throughout the entire experience. They provided us with so many different food items, took us to beautiful spots for swimming, and gave us a great tour. We had such a fun day! One thing to be prepared for is motion sickness. The water was pretty choppy on the way to the first location, so if you are prone to getting seasick, I would definitely bring LOTS of medication and be prepared for it. It was tough for me, even with medication, but the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful in making sure I was comfortable and felt better. They were so understanding and genuinely went out of their way to help, which I really appreciated. Despite that, we still had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this experience!

After going to Dublin, Rome, Palermo, and Milan, this was by far the best experience. It’s a family owned business the dads name is Alberto and the sons name is Luca ( like the Disney movie) it was my husbands birthday so we asked for a cake and it was the best cake I’ve ever had. It was amazing!!!!! My son has a heart condition and they helped him in and out of the boat every time. This people are amazing ! The food was 10/10. Can’t wait to do it again.

Excellent itinerary for the short trip . 2 times also included local food tasting on the boat. The boat is equipped with great water toys for snorkelling and fun . The staff is super friendly and nice they do care a lot about the guests

A fabulous half day trip, with fabulous hosts. The food and drink onboard was great, and the swimming and snorkeling stops were a highlight for our young family. Whilst seemingly expensive, it was 100% worth it and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

The tour offered the perfect mix of relaxation and fun: Swimming & Relaxation: We stopped for some snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the stunning Mondello beach and unwound on the large double floating mats. Water Fun: My son had a blast with the sea scooters—a fantastic addition that made the day truly unforgettable! Local Taste: The food served on board was excellent, starting with a delicious tasting of local street food. On our way back, after stopping at the enchanting Queen’s Cave (Grotta della Regina), we were treated to a mouthwatering Sicilian cannolo. My best friend and I had a great time. The hosts (Angela & Alberto) were awesome, as well as the guests on the boat with us. The boat was lovely and the swim spots were perfect. It was an excellent way to beat the heat also. It was such a joyous day, I would definitely recommend it.

It was a great boat trip. Kids (around 20 yo) had super fun on the float and with the motorized water scooter. Only glitch was he wanted to combine our morning trip with the later sunset cruise, with larger boat. We agreed, and the larger boat was much nicer for 7 people than the smaller one would have been, so it all worked out.

We had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were funny, friendly, and genuinely interested in hearing about our culture, which made the trip feel even more personal. The food was good, but the highlight was definitely the snorkeling. They provided some interesting equipment to use in the water, which made the experience even more fun. The sea was beautiful—clear, calm, and an amazing shade of blue. The boat itself was nice and comfortable, and we also shared the trip with another family of four who were very friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, it was a fun day on the water with great staff, beautiful scenery, and an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Hands down one of the best experiences in Palermo! A half-day on the boat was the ideal length—just enough swimming without overdoing it. Super friendly and professional staff, delicious food, and the cannoli at the end was the cherry on top. Don't miss this one!

We spent a wonderful afternoon on this boat trip. Angela and Alberto were very welcoming to us, we were told some history of the island and shown areas along the coastline. We stopped and had an amazing time swimming of the shore at Mondello beach. The water was clear and beautiful they had a lot of equipment you can borrow for the duration. We then experienced some traditional Sicilian dishes on board which were delicious. After we headed to a cave for another swim. It was very relaxed a lovely clean boat, great safety and well organised. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic afternoon boat tour! The family running the tour is terrific; friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. By the time we left the boat, we all felt like one big family. We enjoyed the boat ride itself, and the highlights were the refreshing swim followed by delicious food and drinks. This tour would be wonderful any time, but with the heat wave currently it was sublime! Thanks for a marvelous afternoon!

The operators of this tour were extremely friendly, and were more than willing to accommodate any needs you may have. Furthermore, the food provided was excellent, much better than we were expecting. The places that we stopped to swim were also very cool, the water was so clear and beautiful. Definitely book this if you are considering it.

This was a very nice surprise especially that we booked it the day before ! Angela , Alberto and his dad the captain were so pleasant friendly accommodating and very welcoming . We had a memorable time , enjoyed the ride , swim , atmosphere the Sicilian bites and desserts … the typical Sicilian welcome ! This boat tour was an excellent end to our stay in Palermo and definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Sicily

Really enjoyable. 4 hours flew by. Staff really friendly and food was delicious. Equipment provided helpful. Boat/journey steady, not rocky. Enough space for the 12 people travelling too. You’ll need your sunscreen. Didn’t use it but toilet on board fyi. Meeting point easy to find too. No notes but we were informed the evening before that the start time was an hour earlier than advertised. No problem for us as we didn’t have any plans either side of that but something to factor in just in case.

We also had a wonderful group of people, which made the whole experience even нmore enjoyable. We felt that we received a lot of attention and care throughout the trip. Everything was explained clearly in English, which made it very easy to follow and relax. Overall, it was a truly charming and memorable experience. Excellent boat trip and lovely end to our trip to Palermo. On Viator it’s advertised at 3pm but as it gets dark earlier in November, they got in touch with a suggested earlier time and were very accommodating. Angela and her son were kind and friendly. First they took us to Mondello (beautiful spot) and docked so we could swim. Then they prepared a tasty Sicilian street food platter and Aperol Spritz. Then we sailed back towards Palermo and stopped at Queen’s Cave for a second swim and quick exploration. As the sun set, they provided us with cannoli, limoncello and fun music. Lovely time, thank you again :-)
