Palermo Airport ⇄ Palermo City: Private Transfer Service

The driver arrived ahead of time for the airport transfers so we did not need to worry. he helped with all of our luggage., he pointed out that he had water in the car for us. He was a very good safe driver, pointed the entry to the airport for check-in and helped us with our luggage again full stop there was a perfect experience at the end of our trip. And it turned out to be an excellent option to use up travel credits we had a crude during our two and a half weeks of travel

Wonderful experience! Our original flight was canceled 2 hours before take off, and we worried about our private transfer booking. Marco was quite responsive, as we messaged back and forth. He was able to reschedule our pickup with ease (which was such a relief). Filippo, our driver, greeted us and was kind and courteous. The entire private transfer experience was such a relief, after a stressful flight. Thank you, Viator, Marco, and Filippo.

Driver was very pleasant and informative. Vehicle was very clean. It was a smooth ride from the airport to our hotel and price was comparable to other services we have used in Italy but driver and vehicle were much better.

Dario our pickup driver was on time and the drive was smooth. He was actively communicating to make sure he comes on time. He offered our bottle of water as part of this booking. I will definitely recommend to friends regarding this ride.

Transportation pick up from airport was smooth, driver waited right outside of the luggage gate with our name. Drive to the city center was about an hour. No issue at all. Driver was friendly. Didn’t speak much English but was not a problem.

Professional prompt courteous and exceeds expectations. Highly recommend this car service, Marcello our driver very helpful!

Excellent service ! The driver was there with his sign, helped us with our bags and had water for us the car! I would definitely use this again

Excellent experience……Phillippo our driver prompt professional and communicative by texting ahead and clearly explaining pick up. Definitely will use this service again.

Efficient and friendly. On ti.e and waiting for us in the airport when we arriveved. Good communication throughout.

Driver was on time, was pleasant and helped with baggage. Car was clean and as expected. Would use this service again

Would recommend for first time visitors in Italy who are not sure about the ins and outs of hailing a taxi. There may be more to look out for with taxis than one would realize. This service makes it easier.

Fillipo’s communication was quick and constant, made us feel comfortable and was very nice. Would definitely recommend this service.

Our driver Giuseppe was waiting for us when we got off our flight, the car was nice and he spent the ride giving us travel tips and things to do in Palermo. Highly recommend!

Filippo had constant contact with us. He sent a picture of the area where we can find him. He was punctual and friendly.

We had to change our pick up times multiple times due to missed connection. Service was very responsive and flexible and were there when we finally arrived.

The provider brought a large van as requested for our group to accomodate our group of six and our luggage. Driver was prompt and helpful.

He was on time. Made sure I got to the right gate for my luggage drop off. He was friendly and seemed to know the way to the airport.

Viator kept us informed with all of our driver’s details for our airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfers. Drivers were always courteous and punctual!

Fast and easy, driver was great as well and told us about the city. Car was comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

It was easy to meet up with our driver who sent us a picture of the meeting spot. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and we were given a bottle of water.

Very friendly and good communications. Helped with the luggage and provided cold water. Very easy to deal with

Communication was excellent. Dario, our driver, was great. We were delayed. He was there waiting. We would definitely recommend.

Everything went smoothly, waiting for us with a sign, delivered us safely to hotel. Nice clean car as well.

On time pickup and very comfortable ride. Much quicker into the city center than a train or a bus would take.

As advertised. A great respite after a long flight. Driver was waiting. Helped with the bags and dropped us at our hotel. Well worth it not to deal with the traffic or a cab.

Our kind driver picked us up on time, carried our bags and had cold water waiting for us. He even stopped at an ATM for us to get Euros on our way to Palermo.

Very easy to find the sign with our name outside baggage claim No waiting and great & friendly driver.

We were met immediately after we left the baggage areas with clear signage. Very friendly staff and driver. Highly recommend!

Our flight was rescheduled and the company could not of been more accommodating to our group to get us to the airport on time. Would definitely use them again!

Arrived on time and even a few minutes early! Driver was very nice and professional! Great service and very timely!

Everything went perfectly, I received instructions and notifications regarding my reservation prior to our arrival date. It was very easy to locate our driver in the arrivals area. The driver was friendly, professional, and gave us a nice introduction to Sicily as we were driven to Palermo.

Easy and safe airport transfer. They texted me when I landed with a photo of the meeting point which was so helpful

Professional, received contact ahead of time with info on where to meet, helped carry bags to car, safe and comfortable ride.

Highly recommend this driver. Prompt courteous and very helpful. Met us inside airport which made for a smooth exit from airport to car.

Our driver was easy to find in the arrivals hall and was very friendly. He had cold bottled water ready for us in the car and drove very well on what are pretty hectic Italian roads!

Excellent service!!! We happened to be just about the last ones out of baggage claim and our guy was there with our name. Very efficient and kind. Got us to our hotel no problem! Would definitely use again. Black van was clean, spotless. He had waters for us. Just all around excellent experience!!

Prompt, professional, helped with our bags, had water available - 5 star service from start to finish!

I cannot express how easy this was start to finish. Easy to book, sent reminders, got a what'sapp message the minute I landed with instructions and picture of where to meet in the airport - and had a smooth, safe drive to our final destination. Worth every penny (or euro in this case!)

Our name was clearly and prominently displayed when we landed in Palermo. Our driver was amazing, the vehicle was clean and all went without incident. It may be a bit pricier than a taxi or other form of transfer, but this is one portion of our vacation we wanted stress free. Highly recommend this service. Communication is easy should you have any questions or concerns.

I received an email while boarding my flight telling me where my driver would wait. When I arrived near the exit driver was holding a clear sign with my name. He helped us with with all of our luggage’s had a cart ready to go. Helped my kids into car and offered us water. He drove at a comfortable pace. My only regret is not using him on the way back to the airport on our outbound flight that transfer was a disaster! Book these guys instead!

Marco was an amazing driver who helped us get from the airport to our hotel. He met us inside and carried my bag all the way to the van. He also provided us with cold water bottles and gave us information about the city on the way! We were so happy with this experience!

This is money well spent! Our driver met us at the arrivals area of the airport with our name visible. He drove us around the city and gave us a mini tour before dropping us off at the hotel. We’d highly recommend Panormus

professional and reliable service. Very clean vehicles and friendly drivers Having a driver meet us at the airport after a long flight made for a very easy transition to our apartment.

Perfect trip to the airport. Driver arrived earlier, was very helpful and friendly. Very reliable and caring, and we arrived early. Definitely recommend him!

Our driver was very punctual and informative. We got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The driver was at the airport when we arrived with a signature card identifying our pick up. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful with the luggage.

The driver was great! He knew english and was ready to meet me. Would recommend as a college student.

Our driver was waiting exactly where he was supposed to be with a sign with my name. He was courteous and informative. Definitely worth the price and convenience of not having to get a cab.

Great communication with us before we landed .. we knew where to meet him and what to expect. English language could be stronger
