The meeting point was not precise and we list 30 minutes to locate the group that was waiting. We booked a tour in English. Out of 17 participants we were the only two who didn’t understand Italian. The 15 other were Italians. The guide was not aware of our arrangements through Viator and we were treated apart from the group. It didn’t seem right to us and we were aware that we were slowing the group.
Excellent tour with so much information. Enrico clearly explained each detail as we went through the chapel weaving in history along the way. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with ease. One of the best tour guides we have ever had.
