This Messina city tour is the best opportunity to live and explore the city at 360°, from 3 different points of view and off-the-beaten-path locations. At the beginning of the tour, we will drive you to the northernmost point of Sicily, Cape Peloro. Here you are going to have a detailed and “deep” meeting with the Strait of Messina and will understand more about the distinctive characteristics of an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We were picked up at the cruise ship port. The group was small and Andrea, our guide, was knowledgeable and spoke good English. We had a good guided overview of Messina and its Cathedral with the bell tower show.
However, we were very upset because our tour was cut shot, as we did not go the mountains. We were told, it was not safe due to the coming rain. This part of the tour was very much anticipated, and we were disappointed by such outcome.
This was the best 7hr tour we had through out our vacation. The tour guide was excellent with knowledge of everything we saw and was so kind and thoughtful and very caring. . The driver was a kind gentleman who was very caring and a wonderful driver.

Discover Messina assisted us from start to finish. They coordinated with our hotel to coordinate our fast boat transfer from the mainland. They met us as soon as we arrived. We went on our tour with a couple from Malta. Sara was our tour guide and Diego our driver. A comfortable ride and water was provided. We experienced an informative and scenic tour. From markets, to mountains, to bake shops and panini the tour was well thought out and delicious as well as beautiful. Stops were timely for breaks and photo opportunities. The 360 Tour is just that a complete experience. Our trip to Italy was a success in so many ways.

We were picked up outside of the cruise port. It was very easy to find Claudia and Juan Carlo. They showed us all around Messina. From the straight of Messina to the top of Mt. Dinnammare. The clock tower in the city square was the highlight of the tour. Claudia made sure we were there ahead of noon so we had a perfect spot to watch.
Our guide, Claudia, is a native of Messina and her love and passion for her city made the time spent there so special! We had such a great time and appreciated everything she shared with us. From the local pastries to a delicious lunch at Don Minico's!
