Nancy was an extraordinary guide, especially being from Taormina and able to comment on many aspects of the region. She was very informative, engaging, pleasant and caring. Our Godfather tour took us to the 2 towns where filming took place, plus our lunch was excellent. Nancy took many pictures of us and hired an excellent and engaging taxi driver to take us up to the church where Michael was married. Not sure if it's standard fare, but Nancy is a professional singer and sung Ava Maria in one of the churches we saw. It brought tears to my wife's eyes. The day was very special and one we'll never forget. Thanks Nancy!

Verona was excellent even though we were a bit tight in the car we had a great experience going through Etna Mountain. The wine tasting was the better part for us. Wonderful views and wine.

We had a great experience with Nancy today! She is a very kind and welcoming person, great driver and knowledgeable about Taormina, Etna and Sicily. Etna craters and landscapes were amazing, all tasting stops and food were perfect. As a bonus Nancy is a singer and sang for us on our way back!! It was a wonderful experience, so glad we booked it!

The overall experience was wonderful our guide Nancy picked us up on time by our hotel as we drove towards Mount Aetna and their surrounding areas. She explained what we were seeing and shared personal knowledge of the area. We had a great time stopping at various places to see a church to check out some honey, and some wine. The tour up the side of Mount Etna was beautiful stopping at the Sylvestri craters. Nancy was engaging. she was funny and I enjoyed talking to her through the trip our tour finished with a visit to the Gambino winery and the wine. The food and the experience was outstanding. It was a bit pricey close to $500 US for two people, but in essence, it was worth every penny especially when you’re considering that you have a luxury car and driver that attends to all of your needs while you’re experiencing it overall it lasted about six hours and we were returned to our hotel Area at the end of the journey

We had a very enjoyable private Etna tour with Sicilian Soul Experience. From the beginning, communications with Angela were excellent — clear, helpful and well organised. Salvo, our driver, was equally good. He was kind, funny, calm and informative, and we always knew what was coming next, which made the whole day feel relaxed and unhurried. The itinerary had a great variety, including a visit to the church in Zafferana, the honey farm and tastings of Sicilian honey, olive oil and other local products, Mount Etna and the Silvestri Craters, followed by a winery visit and wine tasting paired with food. We particularly appreciated how flexible the day was. Salvo adjusted the order of the Etna and Silvestri Craters visits to make the most of the queues and the weather forecast, rather than simply sticking rigidly to a timetable. We chose the Etna 3000 tour with cable car, 4x4 and short hike. Although a cloudy day, so the view wasn't as good as it could be, the experience was amazing. The winery visit with food pairing at the Gambino vineyard was a lovely way to finish, and the whole day felt like a good balance of scenery, local food and wine, and learning about Sicily. We also received a bonus tour of some of the landmarks in Taormina on our way back to the hotel. A very well organised private tour, with excellent communication and a relaxed approach. We would happily recommend Sicilian Soul Experience.

A fantastic experience exploring the Etna craters, visiting a typical honey farm, and enjoying a delicious chocolate tasting. The highlight was having lunch among the vineyards during harvest season, surrounded by such a unique atmosphere. A tour I highly recommend!

This tour was breathtaking. Being able to see Etna up close (without having to do any hiking) was incredible. Salvo was the best guide, showing us local spots and allowing us to try local honeys, olive oils, chocolates, and snacks. This is a must do when in Sicily!

This is such a wonderful tour! Our guide, Salvo, was excellent - so friendly, accommodating, funny, and simply a delight. He shared interesting pieces of history with us, played photographer, and gave us tips and recommendations for the region. We had so much fun throughout the experience, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and great energy. Walking on the lava of Mount Etna was truly unique and something we will never forget. We also visited a traditional farm producing over 20 types of honey a truly authentic and fascinating place that gave us a deeper insight into Sicilian traditions. We were a private group of 8 (myself and 7 friends) and we can honestly say this was one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Sicily. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Salvo. Took us to several stops to experience local honey, olive oils and wines in addition to Mt. Etna visit. Gambino winery was wonderful. Delicious wines and food, and great service. Salvo was great about communicating with us in advance and arrived early for pick up. Patient and let us take our time at stops.

The wines were perfectly paired with traditional Sicilian dishes made with fresh local ingredients and authentic recipes. Every tasting felt like discovering the true soul of Sicily. The atmosphere inside the winery, together with the warmth and professionalism of the staff, made the entire experience even more memorable. A perfect combination of nature, wine, tradition, and Sicilian hospitality. Truly unforgettable.

There was no “lunch in the cellar”, lunch was in their restaurant alongside birthday parties, baptism celebrations, all very nice, but the restaurant and staff were very busy. They quickly ran through the script for wines we were tasting then darted off, no tour of the premises or any discussion of their process.

My wife and I had a very nice week with Salvo during our stay in Taormina. We went on three different tours, The Godfather tour, Wine Tasting & Mt. Etna and finally a trip to Syracusa and Ortiga. Salvo was very kind and accommodating, always explaining some hidden detail that we did not know about. He provided us with excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do on days when we had no preplanned tours. I would highly recommend Salvo and his tour company Sicilian Soul Experience to anyone planning a visit to Sicily.

The agency was very punctual in picking us up. We did a honey tasting and then a tour of the Silvestri craters. A wine tasting and lunch followed in the cellar. A wonderful experience, highly recommended, and definitely worth repeating!

It Was an enjoable experience Around the Etna Craters with the experienced guidance of Salvo. Afterwards, we had an amazing wine and food tasting in one of the most beautiful winery of the neighbourhood. I will definetely reccomand this tour and Angela and her staff.
