Boat Tour Ortigia And Syracuse Sea Caves

We totally enjoyed the boat tour and exploring the caves. Nunzio was awesome. He taught us history about the area and was a very good driver and we fekt very safe on the boat. It was a great value. I would definitely recommend the tour.

Well managed boat trip to see the caves and then head around Ortigia. Nini, the skipper has a delightful way of giving a lot of information and good boat handling skills, making sure we were all safe and not getting wet on quite a windy day.

Guide was very difficult to understand due to accent and engine noise. He provided little narrative about what we were looking at. Felt rushed.

The tour was the absolute highlight of our stay in Ortigia. Davide was the best guide we could have wished for, enriching the time by historical and geological facts about the island and the caves, steering the boat further into the caves than the other boats we saw and finding the best spot for our sunset-snorkel-dive at the end. 100 points and thank you so much. Beautiful experience! Pleasant trip despite the slightly rough sea, great professionalism on the part of the organizers in advising us to reschedule the trip based on the weather, skipper Nunzio was very nice and the guide was very well-prepared. Excellent value for money.

We just did the activity, but it did not go as planned at all. It lasted 40min instead of 1h10 and we only saw 1 cave! We spent 90% of the time at sea and we saw nothing. It is not the "guide" who explains it to us but a recording.

Actividad muy recomendable, todo súper puntual. Nuestro capitán muy majo, nos explicaba todo lo que veíamos y amenizó el trayecto con música. Vimos las cuevas y rodeamos la isla de Ortigia. Además, estaba la posibilidad de bañarse.

Die schlechteste Tour die ich je hatte. Eine Stunde Horror Erlebnis, wovon man 55 Minuten über das Meer fährt, damit man 5 Minuten zwei Höhlen angucken kann. In dem offenen kleinen Boot wurde man mit kaltem Meerwasser nass gespritzt - bei windigem Wetter hat dies zu einer schlimmen Erkältung mit Fieber, Schüttelfrost und Halsschmerzen geführt. Danke dafür, dass ich nach dieser Tour 3 Tage krank im Bett liegen konnte.

Absolutely worth doing again, very knowledgeable staff is available, the tour was in both Italian and English, everything was explained very well and not at all boring, suitable for all ages even for the little ones, my 5 year old nephew had a blast. I highly recommend this beautiful experience
