We had difficulty contacting our host Cesarine because we were told we would get an email when we arrived in Sicily for the exact location. We did not get to go and to this moment, we have not heard back from either the host to Tripadivisor. Very disappointed. Our payment went through although we tried our best to contact both host and Tripadvisor. the host should give specific details as to place, etc. when we signed up not telling us to wait until we were in Sicily. Very sad.

WOW! What a fabulous experience! This was the highlight of our trip to Sicily! Gianfranco was amazing; providing us with a fantastic overview tour of Marsala! Then driving us up to his farm and sharing his passion of wine and food! He and his mother (with occasional sightings of his father;) invited us into their winery to enjoy a meal and taste the beautiful regional wines. We helped prepare the gnocchilini; learning the technique and the joy of preparing food in a group. The lunch was amazing with many regional taste sensations; there was no need for supper! Thank you to Gianfranco and his mother for sharing their beautiful world with us. Highly recommend; you will not regret it!
The wine tasting experience in this historic winery was extraordinary. The guided tour allowed us to discover the tradition and production process of local wines, while each tasting revealed unique and distinctive flavors. The authentic atmosphere of the winery, with its ancient barrels, made the experience even more special. Perfect for wine lovers who want to immerse themselves in the region's winemaking history.
Very chaotic. We had originally booked for an English tour at 11:30am. This was rebooked by the organizer to 12:15 for an English party. Upon arrival we had to join a German company whose information session was already underway. The tour was limited to 1 boiler which we got apart at our insistence. Tasting was ok.
The wines and snacks were delicious. welcome also very nice. The winery itself can see virtually nothing of. got good explanation but no tour or anything. that was a shame.
