**Disappointing Stay Due to Last-Minute Downgrade** We booked this apartment hotel specifically because it offered a washing machine—a crucial amenity for us as we were traveling by motorcycle and needed to wash our gear. Unfortunately, the hotel gave us extremely short notice that they had changed our room and downgraded us to a lower category. The new apartment not only lacked a washing machine (the main reason for our booking) but also had an unpleasant overall impression. The furnishings felt worn, and the cleanliness was subpar. To make matters worse, we were unable to cancel or change our booking last minute, leaving us stuck in an unsatisfactory accommodation. While the location was decent, the unexpected downgrade and lack of promised amenities significantly impacted our stay. We wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re relying on specific features, as they may not be honored. A disappointing experience overall.

I would love to give this place 5 Stars but the heater in our bedroom was not working and it was pretty chilly at night. Also the bed was not very comfortable for me Parking is hard to find. Beautiful area and great size North american shower

Zibibbo is in the old part of Trapani and very close to the main streets with bars and restaurants. Zibibbo brings your breakfast to your room, excellent. The staff are helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Happy to recommend them

Exceptionally good stay at this well situated accommodation in the Old Town of Trapani. The staff were all excellent, super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast which could be had either on our private terrace or the public terrace on the roof top. The first room was small but well organised but had the bonus of a very large terrace with comfortable furniture, lighting and even a TV. We had to change rooms as our flight was cancelled and had 3 extra days in a suite with kitchen (incl washing machine) lounge/eating area big bedroom etc. Spotlessly clean and good air conditioning.Good WIFI. Fully recommend.
