My wife and I stayed for a 5 night holiday and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The whole experience felt like white-glove treatment. The staff was both friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped coordinate cabs, gave restaurant and experience recommendations and were willing to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique. It’s an old villa converted to a hotel but despite its age the rooms are a great size for 2 people and are very clean. From a location perspective you are right in central Taormina, just off the Corso Umberto, so everything is walkable including the cable cars down to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. With all this being said the hotel sounds like it could be expensive but given the level of service provided the value was great. I don’t normally leave reviews for stays or experiences but our stay was great, would definitely recommend.

Great location and truly the most incredible service. Going very much beyond the extra mile to be helpful and attentive. From assisting with reservations, transfers, shuttles and more - Claudia, Antonino and Elena were efficient with their communication (all sorted via private messaging during the stay) and happy to go above and beyond for a seamless experience.
Had an amazing stay and the staff were super attentive! The breakfast was amazing, lots of homemade bakeries and fresh fruit. Much appreciation for their help with our luggage’s. Special thanks to Elena for waiting for us to get on our uber to the train station❤️
Absolutely beautiful last minute find. A truly charming boutique hotel with bags of character but modern conveniences including a fabulous shower with quality Ortigia toiletries, the best bathrobes we’ve ever experienced and a huge, extremely comfortable bed! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants but what really stood out was how proud they are of the hotel and especially the gorgeous homemade produce at breakfast giving details of where each item was locally produced including homemade cakes. We will definitely visit again as the weather was extremely poor during our stay!
We recently spent three nights here. What a great place to stay. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. Breakfasts were an incredible buffet on the rooftop overlooking the water and view of Mt. Etna. Hotel is well located in old town, not too far from the parking lot. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend staying here when in Taormina.
