The most beautiful hotel, hosted by the most wonderful people - an experience that felt special from the very first moment we were greeted with such amazing warmth & grace from Monica. The grounds are simply astonishing as you enter, immaculately kept & effortlessly elegant, setting the tone for what’s to come. The pool is divine - peaceful, pristine & the perfect place to unwind. And when the sun begins to set, heading up to the rooftop is an absolute must; relaxing there with an Aperol spritz in hand - whilst dipping in the hot tub - is pure bliss. Nothing is ever too much to ask, & every detail is handled with such care & attention. Breakfast is nothing short of amazing - fresh, abundant & thoughtfully prepared, making each morning feel like a treat. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. I had the misfortune of leaving my phone in Naples, yet what could have been a stressful situation was completely eased thanks to the most wonderful woman at reception - a beautiful Rosalba whose kindness & dedication went above & beyond - whilst searching the correct spelling of Rosalba’s name - I came to understand it means ‘white rose’ in Italian & nothing could be more true - she was a blessing for me; & assisted me every step of the way, guiding me through the process, keeping me calm & even sharing updates with my family. Her genuine care meant more than I can properly express. I’m incredibly touched by the warmth, service & kindness shown by everyone we interacted with during our stay. It’s rare to find such sincerity & attentiveness, & it made our time here all the more meaningful. I’ll be sure to find out the name of the lovely lady who helped us, as she truly deserves recognition. We cannot wait to return - this is a true honeymoon paradise, surrounded by amazing artwork & perfectly located just a short walk from all the treasures of the town. A place that stays with you long after you’ve left (disclaimer: we are still here!) Being here just makes you happy - from the moment you leave your room, you’re greeted with warmth & smiles from the team. I saw another review mentioning a request for oat milk, which isn’t always something you find in every location, & also sharing a photo of a staff member who has treated us with nothing but kindness & respect. He’s my best bud, so I’ll admit I felt a little protective seeing his image posted publicly. When I travel, I try to remind myself that it’s the traveller who sometimes needs to adapt - it’s not always appropriate to expect they are able to cater to your every whim. That said, the experience here has been exactly that & more. It truly feels like an elegant home-away-from-home (the rooms are beyond hi-tech) where nothing is too much trouble & everything is handled with genuine care. P.S. This is coming from a grumpy Londoner who arrived after a long journey via the sea, fully prepared for battle - but was immediately disarmed by this little slice of paradise & its wonderful hosts. I’ll miss seeing everyone’s smiling faces in the morning, especially Stephanie - who is such an incredible member of the team & such a sophisticated character. She has a natural way of anticipating our every need, always in a thoughtful & effortless way. It’s something you don’t always notice straight away, but it makes a real difference to how superb the experience is. Her lovely presence, attention to detail & the care she brings each day never go unnoticed, and they really set the tone for the whole team. Love. Love. Love.

I was traveling solo for the first time and had reached out to the hotel ahead of time to arrange an airport transfer, as I knew I’d be anxious navigating a new country—especially arriving late at night. I’ll admit that I gave the wrong flight information, and my flight ended up being delayed by about an hour. However, when I arrived and called the hotel to see if they could send another cab, I was told to find my own way to the hotel. I even offered to pay twice for the transfer, but the person on the phone hung up on me. It was late, I didn’t speak Italian, and I was left stranded at the airport with no assistance or concern shown. Another issue occurred when I called the front desk from my room for some extra towels and a few questions. The receptionist hung up on me multiple times. We hadn’t had any prior negative interactions, so there was no reason for that behavior. When I finally went downstairs to ask in person, she looked startled and immediately said, “Sorry, the line was busy,” before I even explained why I was there—which made it clear she had been ignoring my calls. There were also a few odd moments where staff repeatedly asked how old I was, for reasons that were never explained. Overall, this was the place where I felt the least safe and least accommodated during my entire trip. If you’re planning a solo trip and value peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This was not an environment that felt welcoming or respectful—especially for solo travelers!!

Excellent boutique hotel filled with stunning art displays. The location is ideal for walking, beach visits and close accessibility to a large variety of great restaurants. The rooms were generous, light filled, lovely sea views and very comfortable. Secure parking facilities, beautiful pool, rooftop hot tub and delicious breakfast and small meals. The staff were very attentive and always helpful.

I enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. The location is amazing - 5min walk from the beach and to some good restaurants. We had a room with a view and it was great to wake up to. There was a bathtub in the bedroom which was novel to me. Service was amazing. Shout-out to Monica who called multiple places when I lost my passport. I will forever be grateful.
