Nice hotel with well appointed rooms, although various rooms have somewhat different layout. Building and elevator could use some upgrade already as there is some creeping neglect. Breakfast room and service is wonderful. Robot service assistance. Restaurant also offers great dinner options. Rooftop bar is nice.
Wonderful service and amazing breakfast included - the rooms are well appointed but a little warm as the central air-conditioning struggles on the really hot days . But it is still okay - just not cool. The communal areas - gym, reception, restaurant are all lovely. Honestly wonderful service.
The staff are honestly incredible. They were all so friendly and welcoming. We were given plenty of local knowledge too! The whole hotel is beautiful, but the spa is definitely the best part. Fantastic rooms too.
Beautiful hotel with Inspiring design, clean rooms, great atmosphere. The employees were friendly, helpful, throughout our stay. Anastasia was kind, professional, and always ready to help with warm hospitality and attention to details. Highly recommended!
We just came back from there and it was amazing. The hotel stuff especially it was just one of a kind. We arrived very late im the night, they prepared the dinner for us, including a dessert for the birthday of my partner which it left us speachless. The food is very good also the service, the rooms, er trully recommend them. Very nice and kind and professional. Special thanks. (room 104 guests)
