We had a very good stay overall. The hotel’s biggest strength is its location—it’s in an excellent spot and made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The room was comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side. We were expecting a king bed but were given a queen, which was a little disappointing. Valet parking was available and convenient, though at €30 per night it felt a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a great experience. Personally, I probably wouldn’t stay here again only because I like trying different hotels when I travel, but if you’re looking for an upscale hotel in a fantastic location, this is definitely a solid choice.
Nancy and Marchello were absolutely amazing. Whether we were in the restaurant or bunt the pool they were very attentive, helpful, always smiling and just beautiful people. They made our experience here (& there were 17 of us) that extra bit special.
Reception staff were also attentive, quick to help and very patient. Was a wonderful week.

We stayed at the adjoining Villa Cappuccini property. We enjoyed the most wonderful meals in this hotel because of the amazing service of Nancy. She’s so delightful, upbeat, cheerful attentive, and went above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate are every need. I highly recommend asking for Nancy. Especially if you are a foreign traveler, as she is a helpful local.
One of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel in (might I boldly say) the whole of Europe.

Scrumptious breakfast. Would highly recommend the rooms with the Sea view- You pretty much get woken up to the sunrise with stunning sweeping panaromic views. Also, the location being so close to the center- you are right at the middle of where the action is but also get the tranquility of the sea away from the crowds!
Cannot recommend it enough! Attached the views from the room which Mohammed was kind enough to extend a free upgrade!!
We have travelled around Sicily - Palermo, Cefalu, Lipari, and this is the worst value for money hotel we have stayed in. The views are fantastic, but the pool is completely underwhelming. We booked a deluxe room with a view. We had a great view but the room was smal and definitely not 4 stars. This is a hotel for tour bus passengers and I would not recommend.
