Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We booked 7 nights but left after only a few hours without spending a single night — something we have never done before and certainly not a decision we took lightly. * Very old, poorly maintained and dirty hotel * Mould in the AC & bathroom light not working * Yellow/dirty curtains * Room looked very different from the photos online * Surrounding area felt dirty, industrial and unsafe * Nowhere near what we would expect from a 4-star hotel * Staff made disrespectful comments about my girlfriend in Italian, apparently not knowing she understood them We don’t have unrealistic expectations and are generally easy-going travellers, but this simply did not meet our basic standards. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. It wasn't the newest, but it was very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Nice hotel, but not central. Surrounding area is a bit run-down but we never felt unsafe even when walking home at night. Good breakfast, served in restaurant on 14th floor. Rooms clean, well appointed, comfortable and spacious with effective air con. Elevators are a bit slow and some guests became stuck in them on more than one occasion during our stay in July 26.
I recently stayed at this hotel and completely disagree with the negative reviews. For the price, it is an excellent choice. My room was spotless, modern, and clearly recently renovated. The maid service was outstanding; towels were replaced daily, and the room was immaculate upon my return each afternoon. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi signal, which was too weak to reach the room consistently. A complimentary breakfast is included, featuring pastries, toast, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, bacon, and eggs. It is essentially a continental breakfast with a few hot extras—perfect for starting the day. The top-floor swimming pool opens daily at 10:00 AM with a lifeguard on duty. While pool towels are provided, swim hats are mandatory to enter the water; these can be purchased directly from the lifeguard for €3. Note that the pool area lacks a bar and shaded areas, so you may need to head back to your room to cool down or grab a drink. While the surrounding neighbourhood looks a bit run-down and tired, I experienced absolutely no safety issues. It is a pleasant 15-minute walk into the main town centre, making the overall location highly convenient. This hotel deserves much higher ratings and offers fantastic value for money. I highly recommend staying here.
The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but it is very well maintained and clean. It stands out particularly due to its convenient location, relatively close to the city center, as well as the beautiful sea view that can be enjoyed from the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the kitchen and its team. The food is of high quality—fresh, diverse, and well-prepared. There are also vegetarian and gluten-free options available, and if these do not fully meet individual preferences, the chef personally takes the time to offer suitable alternatives. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money and provides a pleasant and satisfying stay. One point is deducted due to the surrounding area, which is unfortunately quite dirty.
