My group and I had a perfect two days in Plaza Hotel. Perfect rooms, perfect breakfast, perfect loby, perfect location, perfect view… What else could we want! We thank the hotel staff and the management for making sure we had great time. We will definately use this hotel again.
The hotel is good, however there is a space used for events on the fourth floor. The music is soo loud it's impossible to sleep. The receptionist didn't do anything to help. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
I don't know how this hotel get four stars rated. The hotel is old, the shower drain is not draining properly and caused the water to flood your feet while showering. The only thing provided in the bathroom is shower gel, no place to hang towel, the walls and window are thin and make it impossible to sleep. Everything is horrible here. Run, do not stay here!
We were only staying here for 1 night but the front desk people specially Marco was extremely helpful , I had to pay a parking ticket and he really helped me . Cheers to Marco 5 stars !!! The hotel is SUPER CLEAN and very modern , we loved it . There is roof top restaurant that is refreshing , loved our stay .
We stayed one night over the weekend (Fri–Sat). A private event at the rooftop bar caused very loud music, bass, and dancing noise that was clearly audible in our second-floor room. We barely slept. The noise could even be heard on the reception level, and although we were told it would stop at midnight, it continued after 00:00. The receptionist apologized and offered that minibar drinks would not be charged (we didn't take any) and said that the feedback would be forwarded to the management. However, it seemed this was not the first time. Afterwards, I contacted the hotel several times but received no response and no apology. Also the triple room (that we stayed in) was not properly prepared for three guests. Restaurant food was good, but the service felt unfriendly and dull, and the breakfast (at the same restaurant) omelette was cold, as mentioned in other reviews. Based on this experience and the lack of response from management, I would avoid this hotel altogether if you are looking for a comfortable and customer-oriented stay.
