Nh Catania Centro

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at NH Catania Centre. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Catania, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh options. A special thank you to Anna and Angelo, who made every morning even better. They were attentive, professional, and greeted me warmly every day. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

They did not just set an extra step, they ran an extra mile! We could not been any happier with the service of NH Catania Centro. We and with us a lot of people stranded in Catania because of the eruption by the Etna. After the complete chaos on the airport we quickly found the hotel on booking.com so we booked and went to the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, both they and we found out about problems with the booking.com and the bookings that did not came through from the website and the hotel was near to fully booked. Since we were travelling with a baby of 1 the staff tried what they could and helped us with one of the last rooms and even got us a room with more space. The people at the desk faced a lot of angry travellers and still kept their cool and explained with all kindness that the bookings did not came through and although a website told they had availability they were fully booked. Once checked in everybody was very kind and helped us with cab’s/recommendations or just a quick kind word to our little running and snooping baby. Next day we had to go to the airport again to try and fly again and after a round of goodbye from the staff to the little one, she even received a teddy bear from the hotel. After checking what the possibility’s were when the flight somehow again did not come through we received a number which we should call as soon as possible and after arriving at the airport within a couple of minutes the call came that flying was not going to happen. We called right away and after saying my name she was asking, is it you guys? they AGAIN put everything on everything to get us a room. Long story short: this was some excellent service and they really made the situation bearable. Their staff is the best and the sweetest for our little girl.

Whether it is recommending the best beach, assisting with arrangements, or making phone calls on our behalf, she always goes the extra mile to help us. As a crew, we feel very well taken care of thanks to her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel offered comfortable, well-equipped rooms, excellent food, and a convenient location within walking distance of Catania's main attractions. The breakfast buffet featured delicious Sicilian specialities. With easy access to the city centre, the coast, and public transport, it's an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. I would happily stay here again.
