It’s dated. It’s good all the way around. I felt safe. They serve breakfast. There’s a bar. Everything worked well that we needed to use. It’s very clean. The maids did an excellent job. The staff at the front desk answered questions, but seemed glad when you were done. No street noise.

Not a 4 star. It's an ok 3 star. Lovely building is let down by very basic rooms. Bathrooms are nice. Lobby/common area leaves alot to be desired. Breakfast is ok, basic and sufficient. Rooms are quiet if you don't mind a noisy air conditioning unit
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Fresh towels were replaced regularly, and the room was always well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. We booked a triple room and were pleasantly surprised to receive two connecting rooms. We also had a TV, a kettle, and a selection of tea in the room, which was a nice extra. The location is excellent—everything was within walking distance, including bus stops, the city center, and the beautiful Massimo Theatre. I am extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars from me!
The amazing part about this hotel is the location. It's literally in the center of the city, and you can walk to every single corner you ever wanted to visit to stop, is very friendly. The views are amazing. You cannot go wrong!!
Good location but definitely not 4 star.. it's more like a 2 star hotel. ACs seem to not work and blow hot hair. It's ok place to stay for a few nights exploring Palermo, breakfast is good and has decent choices of sweet treats.
