We had an absolute fabulous stay. It was only for one night along our travels through Sicily wish it was longer. Our room was spacious and clean. We were welcomed with kind staff and enjoyed a surprise of fresh fruit in our room. The pool was a great place to cool off in such a hot day. We had dinner at their restaurant on site and it was excellent. Giovanni was our server he was kind and attentive to every detail during our dinner. The breakfast they have for guest was something that we have never seen before. The variety of food was fantastic. I would certainly stay again. ❤️
A group of 6 of us arrived last minute. Staff were great and friendly. Dinner was fantastic in the restaurant. Daniela was wonderful and helpful giving us some great tips on places to sail and visit. Recommend
A really pleasant, comfortable and friendly hotel. The pool is a welcome addition and breakfast was varied. It's a little out of the way from city centre which takes approximately 20 mins to reach by foot.
They would not allow the AC to be turned on. Also could not turn on the fan. Mid April and it's already quite warm. We attempted to turn on the AC as just opening the windows was not enough cool air. When we talked to the front desk they stated that we should open the windows to get fresh air. Since we only have one windows this was insufficient. Could not even get the system to move air and had to listen to the neighbors TV until they turned it off.
Despite other reviewers negativity, we had a lovely and memorable stay at the Hotel Palace! The staff saved the day by arranging a private boat tour with a local guide when our original tour canceled at the last minute. Drinks by the pool, spacious room, plentiful breakfast. Staff also provided excellent dinner recommendations close to the hotel. They all went above and beyond.
