Amazing hotel and lovely staff. The room was big and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and the dinner also great with generous portions. Would recommend and come back again.

Located out in the sticks. Our room was good (but the bed too soft), the breakfast is very nice and the staff friendly.
This hotel is stunning. Lots of attention to detail in the decor and it is really beautiful but unfortunately it doesn't seem like a 4* hotel to me. The rooms are ok but I don't think that the floor was cleaned before we checked in. The electric for the room requires your room key so the tiny fridge is off when you're out and can't leave things on charge. The rooms are nice but they need more light as they are a bit small and don't have big windows. The pool area is gorgeous but the bar wasn't open and there are signs in the hotel stating that you are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into the hotel or else you will have to pay a fine??? This is crazy... It made us feel like we were being treated like kids for wanting a glass of wine by the pool... We were reminded about this every time we used the lift as that's where the sign was. I've never stayed in a hotel with rules like that. The breakfast was really good and the staff are all helpful and lovely. Not sure I'd stay here again though
We stayed as a family of 4 in a very spacious quadruple room. The breakfast was excellent, great coffee and local pastries. There was no event during our stay. It was a bit odd charging 5 € as a room service fee for a double espresso, though we didn’t care, because they brought a plate full of pastries for just one coffee. We were slightly disappointed by the fact that we had to pressure the manager to change our room at 10pm because the ac didn’t work at all. She was trying to convince me that a fan was ok. I would expect her to offer the room change, instead of lying about no availability rather than doing so after I showed her the room available online. However we had an overall nice experience!
We (family of 3 using 2 double rooms) stayed here for on night as a base to visit Segesta temples. The rooms were clean and nicely presented however, one of the rooms was windowless. The staff were exceptionally friendly showing us to the room and explaining regarding the breakfast and amenities of the hotel. The pool was big and had relaxing sun lounges with a lovely view over the town. The restaurant was first rate providing an absolutely exquisite set menu - particular highlights were the saffron and marrow risotto and octopus dish. The breakfast was extensive buffet and table service for coffees where we sat al fresco. Overall, a relaxing hotel to stay with plenty of amenities, including ample parking, a top notch restaurant and a great pool to go for a dip after a hot day exploring nearby ruins!
