Garden Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is absolutely terrible, and the service is even worse. We had to wait around 40 minutes every time for our meals to be served. What made it even more disappointing was that food left over from the previous day was clearly served again the next day, just presented with different vegetables. The room conditions are unacceptable. There is almost no water pressure, making it difficult even to take a shower. The smell throughout the hotel and in the rooms is awful and very unpleasant. The balcony is locked, so guests cannot even use it. There is also nowhere for hotel guests to sit and relax. People are forced to sit outside on the ground because there are not enough places to sit near the benches. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Poor food, terrible service, bad room conditions, and no comfort for guests. Stay away from this place.

We are staying another week. The Hotel is very clean, the staff is amazing and friendly. The pool is the best I have ever seen. It is like you are in an Oasis. Plenty of space to relax and chill by the pool. The staff will call Taxis and food for delivery to the Hotel for you. Great breakfast. Had a cappuccino and pastry every morning. Amazing staff!!! After 10:00 p.m. the entry gate and front door are locked for Night Security. You can only enter with a code. I felt very safe and secure in this 5 Star Garden Hotel. Will definitely stay in this place again when we travel every year to Catania, Sicily Love the Garden Hotel in La Punta.

A bit old fashioned in its super classic decor, it holds a collection of contemporary art mostly from late Elena La Verde. Comfortable but not luxurious, its restaurant reaches hights of taste and quality. It is also an excellent pizzeria.
